The GM made our pizza to profection after we called and told them our order was messed up she was fast to not only fix it but also make sure it looked good when we left with our other pizza and apologized for the mess up.

I placed an order at this location at 7:14 PM on April 24th. The expected completion time was between 7:30 and 7:40, so we got to the location at roughly 7:45.
The website allowed the orde to go through with no issues. According to the tracker, the order was made, assembled, and baked. It even displayed an employee’s name, given as “Corey,” as being the one handling things.
The store was CLOSED. Lights off, door locked, no one inside or on the phones. I took the attached photo at 7:55. You can see the lights off and the chairs are all stacked.
We were the SECOND customers in the parking lot and a THIRD arrived shortly after.

Wish I could give zero stars. I think I have ordered 2 times a week for the last 8 months. They get my order wrong at least once a week. The last time I will ever order from there was today when I received a pasta primavera with absolutely no sauce on it. The manager said I either could get a credit or come back and pick up a new one.
So for my inconvenience of packing up two kids in the car and driving back down there all I would get is what I ordered to begin with. Then when I informed her that that was ridiculous she told me to call 1800dominos and actually hung up on me while I was responding to that. The last time I was there she was sitting on a stool with her shoes off if that tells you anything.
The entire place is completely unprofessional and just plain gross. I would rather starve.
I did indeed file a formal complaint to the corporate office as she so kindly suggested I do.
*Update: 8-14-18*
My Husband stopped there to grab dinner in a hurry. Pasta Primavera again was awful. I get this at the OakRidge location and it is delicious. Pasta Primavera at the Clinton location is just horrible. No one understands how to prepare things properly nor tries. I will attach the newest picture.
