I ordered two medium pizza and a cheese bread. Everything was delicious, except the cheese bread was overdone. I went inside to order and the lady who took my order was very helpful.

Ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago requesting different toppings on each half. After waiting extra time when app said it was ready, got the pizza home to find one side only had cheese, and the other side was ok, but not correct. When I called back, the manager said he would put my name and info in the system for a free pizza next time. When I called back today to order my free pizza, they said to call back because they had to contact that manager. When I called back, they said that he had not put it in the system, so there’s nothing they could do! I feel like they just called me a liar! What happened to believing a customer? Very frustrating. They’ve lost my business, at least for now.

After multiple incorrect orders multiples times we made one more order tonight. We ordered four items-my dad picked up the pizza and drove back home. We opened the boxes-the Parmesan bread bites were undercooked bordering undone. One pizza was burned and the pepperoni pizza came as a pizza with bacon and pineapples. My dad drove back to the store and got a pizza that I’m sure was supposed to be ours originally. Not hot and not apology or attempt to correct the situation. Paying for incompetence and incorrect items is frustrating and disappointing. I would highly suggest ordering from any other pizza restaurant in town instead of this location.

The new handmade pan pizza was great! It was approximately 1 inches thick. It was crispy on the outer edge and done just right throughout the pizza. The only recommendation I would have is they need to use about twice as much pizza sauce.

Ordered an Extravaganza and was told it would be about 20 minutes. Waited in the parking lot and watched about 20 to 25 orders go out. 45 minutes later I received mine. I would have left but I had already paid for it. Plenty of employees there but only 2 working. I need to remember this in the future. I think management needs to be looked at. The last time I ordered online for delivery it was 2 hours before I received my order. I did receive an apology note and a discount on a future purchase, but evidently they need to work a little with their employees!

This place is a joke. We only get pizza here if we are in a big hurry and want something cheap and then we regret it every time. The pizza is never made correctly and is either undercooked or overcooked. I can’t eat a lot of sauce and always order light sauce, but evidently they completely ignore that. As for toppings, they might be on there and they might not and the garlic butter sauce that is supposed to be on the crust of the hand tossed is missing half of the time.

My wife and I ordered a pizza two weeks ago and they got the order completely wrong. When we got home and realized the order was wrong we immediately called the store and explained the situation. The work personnel said they would enter my wife’s name into system for a pizza for another day. We called back two weeks later and they did not enter my wife’s name into computer and said since THEY didn’t enter it there was nothing they could do. I was always taught in business the customer is right. It would not have hurt them at all to make it right. They now have probably lost a customer plus possibly more.

The lady that answered the phone was very rude and accused me of prank calling, I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she talked so quiet so I had to call back. Also I went in to pick up my order, and had to wait 15 minutes because they didn’t start working on my order til I got there. there was also a cockroach crawling on the wall.

Normally, I would have given Domino’s Pizza, a five-star rating. However, the pizza was way too greasy this time! I also ordered cheese bread and it was as phenomenal as it always is! Love love love the cheese bread! Come on Domino’s! You’ve been doing better than this.
