Ordered 6.99 menu. Their pizzas are usually very good. I decided to add a loaded chicken the cheese n bacon on top were burnt. I went in and talked to the assistant manager. She said this is what it supposed to look like. I told her no its not. She tried to say that if she remade it it would look the same. I got a refund. The service was awful.

Really want to brag on this location. They did something very generous and didn’t have to. So I ordered 3 wings and they had 2 and forgot to put the third. So made my wait a little longer which is fine but without even asking there through in extra wings because of the simple mistake. Just want to commend the workers there for the generous gesture.

I don’t care how stressed you are, it’s never acceptable to cuss a customer when they are calmly explaining to you why they are frustrated that the order they placed online at 11:30 am to be delivered at 6:40 pm isn’t delivered until 7:10 pm. Yeah. I get you can’t fix it and don’t have control over it, but let me just say it out loud why I’m frustrated. I get it sis. Food service and retail. Been there, done that, but never, will it be ok to talk to people like that because you’re having a bad day. Immature. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Do better.

I am a very sick person. I have neurological disorder that causes terrible nausea. I don’t have family. My comfort food for nausea, is their pizza and a soft drink. Their pizza is never greasy and always perfect. They are so kind when I call. Make sure the pizza is delivered. Even if it is through uber. Thank you to “will” and others there.

This is by far the worst excuse for dominoes I’ve ever had. Normally dominoes is great with an amazing distribution of sauce, cheese and toppings cooked to perfection. What I got was hardly any sauce, the crust wasn’t made right, and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I had to go to a store and buy a pizza cutter to get the pizza apart without it falling apart. They gave me glorified cheesy bread with pepperoni on it.
The crust is extremely doughy with almost none of the garlic seasoning on it that is expected of dominoes and is one of their key features as advertised by their commercials.
This is the last time I will ever order dominoes from Elizabethton TN. Absolutely terrible quality.

My family loves Domino’s. We just moved to elizabethton area and have ordered from this location twice now. Both times the pizzas were cold and as you can see in the pictures all the toppings are pushed to one side and the center isn’t cooked. It’s still just dough. Terribly disappointed. We will drive back to johnson city to get the quality of pizza we are used to.
