I ordered a carry out order from this dominoes last night. I got 3 medium handmade pan pizzas, one meatzza, one extravaganza, and one with beef, chicken, pineapple, green pepper and banana pepper, all with light sauce extra cheese. I paid $2 more per pizza to get handmade pan. Only the custom was handmade pan. The other two were just regular medium pizzas. I didn’t find this out until I got home so I didn’t want to turn around and come back, I live 30 minutes from this dominoes.i am very disappointed. I also got a chicken bacon ranch sub. It could have used more chicken and ranch. I also wish there was an option to add toppings to it or it came with lettuce and tomato or something. I feel like dominoes should do something to rectify this situation as I was pretty much robbed of $4 last night.

We have been very happy for 2 years with this location and the delivery until tonight. The website wouldn’t take the order so we called and the guy hung up. Don’t know what’s going on but if you don’t want our business don’t worry you won’t get it again.

The last two times I’ve ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich, I’ve gone through the drive through & it’s been a mistake…the sandwiches have gotten past “quality control” & had I not been sick, I’d have gone back to demand a refund. The first sandwich was totally unrecognizable, and burnt to a crisp. The second one was better – the only thing unidentifiable was the cheese, which was totally black.

Getting worse and worse. The management here won’t even talk to you about their screwup. Apparently the manager was so busy sending out sub part food to help someone that used to order at least 50 bucks a week from them. (2600.00 a year) after finally getting ahold of a manager he was rude and condescending. Said he made the sandwich for my daughter and it was fine. The pic is the sandwich . Extra meat……lol.

I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings. They gave me plain when my order stated the garlic Parmesan wings. When I went back for them to fixed they were smart butts about it didn’t remake them &n just threw a TON of sauce in it. They were cold & gross. Will never be back even though it was my favorite. Very sad & disappointed.

Ordered pizza on line for Delivery. CALL store to see what’s going on because the almost 40 bucks was taken out my account. Gentleman on phone says you’ll have to come up here so I An look at your phone order, I show him exactly where it says on my phone they took money from my account then were looking at the app he scrolls down on my phone sees that it’s for there location puts my order number in computer walks Over to a heavier set lady with real short hair and glasses says some words to her an then says I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do for you. I said we’ll I need my money or my food I’m sorry I can’t help you. I looked at him said that’s thee absolute worst service ever. I will never order from another dominos again if this is how they treat and steal from their customer’s!!! I will be contacting corporate..

I’ve never had a more terrible experience than I had this evening at this store on 4/25/25 around 6pm, our pizzas were made incorrectly and I ordered extra cheese, there was barely any cheese on them at all. The manager in charge, Carla, was so incredibly rude. Jerked pizzas and receipt from my hands and just said “k”. No apology. Hollered at the employees to put extra DOUBLE cheese this time as if it was just a perception problem on my part. When my pizzas came out of the oven I watched the guy cutting them put his hands all over our food while boxing it and then smashed the lid down on our crust. Carla slammed the pizzas down on the counter and pointed to them and said “Check that”. By this time I was just so upset I didn’t say anything else, just got the pizzas and left. We didn’t even want it after all that, we ended up driving to downtown Kingsport by the library and giving them to the homeless folks who hang out down there. Never again, Dominos. That was your absolute last chance with us.

I tried to get extra alfredo on my order and they said there is no where on there for that charge. Everytime I order chicken Alfredo it’s very dry. Please fix your menu where you can order extra. I told them I would pay extra I didn’t mind, but said there was no where to charge the extra to it.
