Walked in to pick up my pizza. Told the crew member that I’m picking up my order. I saw my order is on the table (since it’s a specialty order) but the crew said it is not ready yet. While standing there waiting for my order. Crews members were too busy boxing other items and my pizza just sitting right there the whole time (7 to 10 minutes) I was waiting. I finally told them that’s my pizza!! . Very disappointed, pizza was not hot and the service was bad.

pizza was cold, also didn’t bring the lava cakes we ordered, has taken 45 mins to get the lava cakes we ordered, still haven’t got what we ordered, man on the phone asked if we would come pick up what we weren’t given… absolutely ridiculous, something is very wrong with management, my pizza was cold the last time I ordered, also the cheese bread is completely burnt and all of the cheese came out along the edges and burnt. Had to cut the cheese break myself, not a piece of it was cut.

I have ordered online three different times over the last month and each time Scott greets me with a positive energy and a big smile as soon as I walk in. It isn’t the Chicago deep-dish i’m used to up in Chicago, but for a quick, cheap, and fast pizza, you can’t go wrong. It was only $10 for any size any way you want it. It was ready in 10 mins and workers and place was clean.

Good location. Fast service. Employees are loyal for the work. Other location’s employee making mistakes many times to read the instructions, what we ordered, which is I think closed. Anna is great.

I’m not one to make reviews, but this was by far the most unprofessional pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself money, and just pick up an $8 deep dish pizza from Little Caesar’s. First of all, they delivered the pizza to the wrong house, which happened to be an abandoned trailer next to ours. 30 minutes later we’re like “huh, where’s the pizza at?” My mom gets on the phone, and I discover the pizza COVERED in ants on the steps of the abandoned trailer. As pictured, this is how we found it ALL around the box. Yum.
Not only were they unprofessional on the phone, they were also unprofessional in person when they redelivered it. Not only that, the pizza is lukewarm. Not even close to appetizing. It’s like they’re trying to be passive aggressive. Honestly, I’d love to go full Karen mode, and talk to their chain of command.

I really appreciate the customer service I received from Ana, however when I came back 30 minutes later to pick up my order, I discovered my pizza was a bit on the burnt side, but Ryan offered to make me a new pizza on the spot and I definitely was impressed with his eagerness to make it right. The new pizza was on point!!
