Employee parked near handicap stall and block handicap ramp and then swears his Regional Manager said he could. He told me to call him, okay, I didn’t order food I just left, so it wouldn’t be fair to rate the food. He wasn’t very nice, he stated “do you see any handicap people around?” Yes. Me. BTW he wouldn’t give me his Regional Managers number when I asked for it, either.

BY FAR THE WORST DOMINOS LOCATION EVER. I do not and never will understand the incompetence of the staff and management here. WHY is it that I order a pizza, and I have to wait HOURS TO GET IT. If you are understaffed 7 days a week then just don’t do delivery for petes sake I’m so tired of the lame and lazy people that work this location I swear to God above I could watch the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy before anyone is even on the way with my order. If you ever walk into this place please tell them how terrible they’re doing because I feel like they don’t hear that nearly enough and corporate really needs to get their heads in the game and FIRE everyone here and just close down the location or replace the staff.

Placed our order at 9:41 PM . Wings and garlic knots, very simple. At 10:45 our order was marked as delivered on the app despite not being delivered. Called the store, manager said it was a “glitch” and our order hadn’t even been made yet. Was given an ETA of 25 minutes. 11:25 our order still had not arrived so called the store again and they said it had just left and should be arriving in about 5 minutes. 15 minutes later and no order, called back, this time they said they had attempted to call us multiple times and we didn’t answer so they cancelled the order. We had no missed calls at all and my girlfriend even waited at the gate that the driver supposedly waited at and never saw them. At this point the order had been marked as delivered for over an hour and the store was 10 minutes away from closing. Do not order from this store if you actually want your food, they will lie to you and scam you.

I’ve ordered delivery from here before with no issues, but tonite it took foreverrrr. The newest reviews don’t lie because I live about 2 miles from here, placed my app order at 8:16pm and didn’t get the pizza til 1000pm. I even called the store concerned that my order had not been received. The gal who answered did not sound rude, she sounded busy like too much of a workload, and I heard phones ringing off the hook in the background. The delivery driver was very nice too. The food wasn’t the best dominos I’ve ever had but was warm and tasted good. I think this location needs some help. They are either having staffing issues, management issues, have too big of a delivery area or all three. The workers seemed great so I think there just needs to be more of them or something idk
Edit: my pizza was messed up. I ordered the garlic parm sauce on it but it had the regular tomato sauce. The spinach feta bread tasted good but only had a little spinach, it still tasted pretty good though. See above about the overworked workers who need help and a good team to work alongside.
