Had to wait a long time for them to deliver or order and we ordered and paid for extra sauce and as usual we didn’t get it plus my crust was fluffy on one side and flat and hard as a rock on the other side I mean flat and hard as a rock every time we ordered something like extra sauce or extra cheese they charge us for it but you may get a little extra say like 1 out of 10 times if your lucky the one in Loudon it’s been this way for years or address makes it the one in Loudon delivers too the one in Lenoir City will not deliver to this address not part of their delivery route.Loudon dominos still sucks!! Period.

Placed order on 3/1/26 got two pizzas and 8 bone in wings. Let’s start with the wings. These have to be some of the smallest fattiest wings I have even had. So much fat they were not able to be eaten and got thrown away. One pizza was a veggie pizza and the topping had an off taste and that pizza was thrown away. The other pizza was a thin crust meat pizza and that was just ok. Have not been to dominos in a long time and will not be back. The staff was very friendly and did a great job but the food was a last time for us.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had at this location. We order fairly frequently there’s not much options in our small town. We won’t be back any time soon. Took an hour ok fine your busy but when I called to check on the order the person on the phone didn’t ask my name or number ok came up when I called. I inquired about where our pizzas were and asked for an ETA he said “a few minutes” I said … ok is that a few like 3-4 or a few like 30-45 he replied ummm like 45. I said I need to cancel the order give me a manager – he again sounded very confused the manager picked up and said hello this is dominoes – I said hi my name is Jessica what’s yours he reluctantly gave me his name. Didnt ask how he could help or what was wrong. I said I’d like to cancel he said well it’s already on the way. We hung up the pizza was Luke warm AT BEST. I drove it back to the store and stated I wanted a refund, again didn’t ask my name just if I wanted To cancel the order I said whatever will get me my money back. He entered whatever in the computer and handed me a receipt no cash – I said I paid your driver cash he can keep the tip I just want my order money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Ordered my pizzas on way home. App told me that order was ready. I checked in when I got there. I went in and they said they had screwed up my pizzas and would have to bake new ones. They eventually brought them out after 15 minutes. They told 2 other people the same thing. I will not make this mistake again.

Order online. Pretty simple, straightforward. I’ve gotten good delivery pizza on time hot. The only dislike I have is you get bombarded with offers to contribute money during the checkout process. The other thing is I don’t like the automatic tip that they place on you. You have to go in. Either cancel it or do custom to add. Personally, I prefer paying the driver cash.

I order dominos about every other week. The manager dylan is super nice and all the employees seem to actually care about the pizzas they make. In 2 years ive only had 1 pizza that was kiiinda bad… but even then I still ate the entire thing. Fr tho hate to say anything bad bc on any given day I have almost always gotten the best pizza. Forget pizza hut in madisonville- my sample size from them is much smaller but wow its not even a comparison. Berts id say is good, but only fresh out the oven. If you want pizza here, this is the place to order from.

I drive an F450 pick up truck flatbed with a fifth wheel hitch on there to pull my horses around and I just got finished after a long day of work at my farm and me and my dad decided we are gonna go get pizza on our way home and he drives in at F5 50 with a utility bed on it And we pulled into the Domino’s and parked in the last two spaces to the very right of their parking lot furthest from the door in my truck was about a foot over the line Angled a little bit because their parking spaces are little and then we went inside to go get pizza and come out to the truck and set the pizza box on the hood of the truck and start eating our pizza And we enjoyed their pizza as we’re finishing up after a long, hard day worth of work throwing our trash away 2 police officers pull up and engage us and tell us that the Domino’s manager called them and told them that we are taking up too many parking places and their delivery people couldn’t get in meanwhile right before that a delivery guy pulled in at the front door, and got his pizza, and left within seconds no problem and no problems from us at all, but we don’t have any problems with the police and thinking about who we like and support and we had a good laugh about how dumb the manager has to be at Domino’s all he had to do was say one word to us and we would’ve gladly parked our truck a little tighter Or left but hey, it’s all good. We just feel like the police have a more important job to do then to ask somebody to move their truck 1 foot. Back over the line in a parking lot that has one other Car in it I think that the food was great, but the service was the worst i ever received from any restaurant Or pizza service or fast food place we even asked them if they had any extra that were ready to sell hot and ready And the employee looked at us like we were dumb and had no idea what we were talking about but little Caesars does have hot and ready, and I can guarantee you their service is better and that won’t call the police to ask us to move a foot over when we go there next time.

I went to pick up my order and a young man who probably just started and was a little nervous, went behind the counter to check with the person who was cutting and boxing the pizzas. It was a blonde, headed girl with a ponytail and glasses, and she literally Got a nasty attitude with this young man, barked at him for coming behind the counter and crowding her, and treated him so rudely in front of customers that it was embarrassing. As I waited for my order, she motion for the manager to come over to her, nodding and looking at him so she could give her the idea of what she wanted to speak about. The manager tried to tell her that he’s learning, and training, but the girl proceeded to make comments about him again so loud that I could hear them as a customer standing in front of the register. The manager tried to keep her in check, but you could see that she just has a nasty attitude. The young man politely brought me my pizza, thanked me for coming, and told me to have a great evening. I stopped in motion, the manager up to the counter And bluntly told her that that girl has a nasty attitude, and because of that I will never go back to that Domino’s again.
