Picked up three pizzas … they were ready when promised and i didn’t have to wait too long at the window to pick them up.checked pizzas as we were driving around the building and 2/3 were terrible. I took them in and after a decent wait was told they would remake them. I came back and was told they couldn’t promise the quality would be right. They truly weren’t normal quality but good enough, except the over cooked bbq. However, the guy with longer hair was very kind and working his butt off. He didn’t stop the whole time I was in there, and he refunded my money. I think this place is highly understaffed. This guy was doing the work of multiple people AND he was being nice.

We have been ordering from this location since they opened and have always had a wonderful experience and great pizza but the last two times our pizza has been….interesting. Lol the last time I ordered I thought maybe they are training someone or something happened just trying to give them the benefit of doubt but then ordered again last night and it was exactly the same experience. Out of this pizza we maybe had 2-3 good slices the rest of it was bad. 🙁

I will never order from here again. I ordered food for the family. It arrived 80 minutes later, ice cold. I could live with that. It’s happened a couple times from this location. This time though, 3 items were completely wrong. Tried to call the store to get it fixed, was on hold for 24 minutes and they just hung up without talking to me. My wife tried to call right back, they hung up on her immediately without speaking to her. This pizza is not even good enough to cause this much frustration. DO NOT ORDER from here ever.

Absolutely done trying here. In 2 weeks, they ruined my food 3 times. This time, I asked for Alfredo sauce on 4 pizzas, know what I got? 4 pizzas, with NO SAUCE.
If I wanted cheese bread, I would’ve asked for that.

Food was never delivered after two hours of waiting. Called 1st time and stressed out lady said they were doing their best but she was the only one working. I never leave bad reviews. Whoever owns thr franchise for this this store needs to step up and do better.

Online order. Arrived on time. Delivery driver was pleasant. Order was correct. Ordered two identical specialty pizzas. One was markedly greasy compared to the other. This is a new, closer location for us and I hope their consistency will improve.

This was an online order. The order was a specialty pizza for a sports watch party. Drove to store to pick up. Staff seemed nice enough. Got pizza & drove party location opened box completely wrong order! The only thing correct was the size. I later contacted Dominoes customer service reporting the incident but absolutely zero response. No apology. No coupon for a pizza on a future order. NOTHING. ZIP. NADA!

Night management was a joke. Came in with my pizza order after I ordered online and told the delivery driver that it was completely wrong. Delivery driver said oh well and left called the store. Tried to get some help on the phone. Was on hold for over 45 minutes. Had enough time for me to drive to the store while still on hold to be told from the manager that it wasn’t her problem to contact corporate
