Was delivered dough that was uncooked, ( 2 pizzas ) called to get a replacement, they blew me off. Arrived at the store to get a refund, showed the uncooked dough, and the different texture. The female that took the call, gave dirty looks and body language of annoyance. When spoke to the cook was given excuses and attitude. Highly recommend not going to this location. They did not correct the issue or ask me to have it remade. No receipt was given for the refund just told me wait a week.

I’ve given this location chance after chance, but absolutely NEVER AGAIN! The dough is either undercooked or overdone, barely has any toppings on the pizzas! I showed the worker and all I could get was “I’m sorry”. REALLY?? Go to the Athens location if you want quality pizza and BETTER SERVICE!

The Etowah Dominoes has always been on point. When I need a meal in a pinch they always come through. In fact, they usually arrive sooner than expected and the pizza is always good. For a franchise pizza place you really can’t beat them, at least not in this area.

This used to be a really good place to get pizza but within the last couple months it’s gone way downhill. The last visit I had to this location was my last. Absolutely disgusting looking. Should have checked since had same issue twice in a week. Manager is very unfriendly, rude to customers as they come in for there pickup orders.

The new pepperoni cheesy bread is burnt on the outside edges but raw dough under the pepperoni. It’s being made at too high of a temperature, too fast. I hope they fix this issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time I got pizza from here the payment was wrong. I told the lady at the window and she said bring the phone I ordered it from I said okay I’ll be back. She threw my pizza away and when I told the manager all he did was take her side. After that we decided we would try again. I’m allergic to red sauce can’t eat it . I ordered a pizza with parmesan garlic sauce got home and it was red sauce and the pizza was completely made wrong. Will never come back.

The delivery driver from this location smashed our mailbox with his car. And got out to check his car the sped off as I came out to talk. Called the store and they say they won’t do anything about it. Yea some great service there. BUYER BEWARE!
