We placed a delivery order and used a discount code, our total came out to be around $36. The delivery driver arrived and says we still owe $26 and showed us the receipt he had. I showed him my online receipt that showed we payed in full. The delivery driver tells me to call the store so I called the store and the manager says the coupon code didn’t apply correctly on their end and wanted to charge me again and then I would get refunded for half so that they could have it processed right on their end. I refused because I had already paid the correct amount. I should not have been asked to pay double and then have to wait on a refund because their system messed up. She didn’t try to fix it any other way and didn’t even let us keep the food that we had at that point waited over 45 minutes on and I know it was probably thrown away. The delivery driver was great and still received a tip because it was not his fault, however the manager working on the night of November 9th was the least bit helpful. We will not use the delivery service ever again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, waited and waited, saw the guy drive by multiple times, he never called, had to contact the store multiple times, conveniently kept getting put on hold, spoke with the so called manager Meghan, she laughed as it was funny. I personally didn’t find it funny domino’s. The drivers and staff at this location is a joke.

Hadn’t had a Domino’s in a decade. Saw a 50% discount on their site and ordered online….Large Deluxe was really good and it was only $9.33 with tax included! Good job.

The food is ok. We ordered and paid about $10 for extras in our sandwiches that we either didn’t get or the servings are way to small. They do get your food made pretty fast though.

I didn’t have high expectations but good lord. Okay, so the pizza was well over cooked. Call it burnt. Call it crispy. Idc, it was overcooked and shouldn’t have been severed. I mean, if I asked for this, by all means. But I didn’t. The chicken parmana was dry as heck. And the bowl it came in was 1/4th filled. The service wasn’t bad. But the food was awful, and we didn’t spend money on service.

Food was good as usual!!! I had a pick-up order. The young man that I paid for the pizza and sides too, was very nice, friendly and made sure everything was right before I left. I wish I knew his name so I could rave to the store manager or owner.

Ordered for delivery today. I was greeted by the delivery person who had an extra pizza in hand. She explained that one of the pizza s wasn’t quite to the managers liking so he automatically had a 3rd one made for us for free. Way to go Domino’s of Dunlap! Great customer service rarely seen today! You didn’t wait for me to be aggravated and make a complaint …you were proactive and saved your customer undue stress.
