I regularly order from this location and usually have had all issues corrected, but these young folk are so callused and inconsiderate. Not only did they sit my food on the ground when my order clearly states to hand it to me, when I called, they were nonchalant and quoting that Dominoe’s policy allows them to put people’s food on the ground in unsealed boxes exposed to dust, elements and insects. I asked for my food to be remade and redelivered and the guy on the phone was like he will just talk to the driver and have him elevate it NEXT TIME!!! AS IF… I am super disappointed and now I’m HANGRY!!! I was so upset I forgot to even mention on the call that one of the pizza’s was burnt.
I have had many great experiences, a few not so great but corrected. THIS IS THE ANVIL THAT GOT THEM A BAD REVIEW!

My sister placed an order at 5pm to be ready at 7:15 pm. She arrived at 7:15 and stayed until 8:20 pm and never got our food. Mind you she is PREGNANT and was with our parents who were in town whom we were trying to host. The manager on duty (12/06/35) was visibly hitting his head with both his fists bc he was so stressed….50+ boxes of pizza were stacked up bc they couldn’t figure out “who’s they were”, manager was yelling at the def employee in front of everyone…to top it off- the delivery driver came in and started yelling “IS DOMINOS REALLY THAT GOOD” at everyone waiting for their food. Employees refused to make eye contact or communicate with anyone to even cancel their orders. It’s honestly funny how ridiculous this experience was

In real time, as I’m writing this, I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half now for my delivery. Despite it originally saying it’d deliver in 14-29 minutes. It’s a 4 minute drive so I’m a bit unsure why it’s taking so long. The tracker also is just frozen- the driver location has just been stuck at Domino’s ever since it said it was “Out for Delivery.” I called and said “Hi, I was wondering about the status of my order?” The man who answered replied “It’s out for delivery.” Without even asking me what my name was or what the order was or anything… like ok. Then I mentioned that the tracker wasn’t updating, and he said that that’s expected cause their tracker is down right now. But it literally updated the previous the statuses, it just isn’t updating the driver’s live location.

I’ve been visiting this location for the past five years, and they have always been amazing. I am extremely picky and have specific requests for my food, and they have always been accommodating. Whenever my food has been incorrect, they have always remade it for me, sometimes even upsizing the pizza. I have never gotten delivery from here, but pickup has never failed me!

I just spent $30 on a large chicken Alfredo pizza and 8 piece plain baked wings… my pizza was very unacceptable.
I had a taste for it and a pregnant wife… you burnt my pizza and didn’t try to fix it but serve it to me like it was cool. If you were in my shoes I bet you wouldn’t have serve it .
But even though it was thin crust the whole crust was burnt!!! My sauce dried out … you couldn’t even tell I ordered extra cheese!!!
The wings were superb, and great !
