I have NEVER left a google review before until right now. I’m assuming I got the lady who previously called a customer a liar per a previous review. Tonight my order was made wrong, which is usually no big deal but when I called for a refund & remake I was met with ZERO apologies & the old lady not only tried to argue with me, but also hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous & outright rude. I have 16yr olds working for me in a restaurant who act better than that. I had to bring in the pizza just so she could see it? Weird behavior

I am very angry, my family and I get pizza just about every Friday, my mom woke in town so it’s just convenient. They have messed up our orders multiple times and we usually let it go. We just got to open out food and one of our two pizzas were messed up again, my mom called them and spoke to a lady named Donna. She proceeded to call my mother a liar and that out pizza was not wrong, my mother said ma’am, I got this last week so I know what comes on it, and she called my mother a liar!!!!! My mother asked to speak to the manager and when she did she was rude too. I heard the entire conversation and I was and still am fuming. My mother said she wanted an apology from the lady who called her a liar and they hung up on her. I worked in fast food for a long time and I have never heard anyone talk to a customer like these two did.

We go to this specific dominos all the time. We always love it and it’s never wrong, but this time we got a delivery. Open one of the pizzas and THERES A PIECE MISSING!! We tried to scoot the rest of the pizza over to see if we were just crazy or something but it doesn’t line up. Called and got another delivered but yall.. this is just something else.. only reason we didn’t give a 1 star is because this is the first bad time we’ve had with this dominos..

There was an honest mistake with my order (cross-contamination with an allergy, but I totally forgot to mention the allergy in the delivery instructions so that’s on me) I called to just see if there was something that they could do since I couldn’t eat the pizza and they went out of their way to make it right with really great customer service. I always get domino’s over golden pizza anyway but this definitely sealed the deal for me and my loyalty as a customer!

We order delivery mostly and occasionally carryout. I have never had a negative experience whatsoever and the delivery is super fast. Literally I have placed the order and had the pizza on my doorstep in less than 20 min. The food is always fresh and hot right out of the oven. I have ordered Dominos in other locations where the pizza was no longer hot or they forgot my drinks, etc but as I said, the Woodbury location has always been great.
