Must give credit where it’s due tonight! Had a handful of letdowns from this location, however tonight’s delivery reminded us why we steadily order Domino’s pan
Crust was buttery, fluffy and crisp. Plenty of toppings and cheese! The alfredo base pizza wasn’t all soupy this time! It was perfect! Whoever worked tonight on 2/18/26, thank y’all for doing a superb job!

First off there’s been a winter storm and thousands of ppl are without power still after a week. After being inside all week I wanted some pizza, I ordered two large pizzas one was a thin crust and the other hand tossed. The thin crust pepperoni and pineapple pizza had a piece of black hair baked in the sauce. I immediately called and asked to speak with the manager, a female acknowledged she was the manager and I told her the pizza had a black hair in it & she had a long pause then said “so do you want me to remake the pizza” no apology or refund. First and last visit never will patronize them ever again!

Never had an issue with this Dominos. I always use the pick up window which is very convenient for me. I use the deals and coupons on my app. which make for good savings! The pizza is always hot and ready to go with plenty of sauce and ingredients! Thanks!

Pic on the left is the first pizza. Called to get another..pic on the right is the next one. When I repeated call to Billy teh manager – he said I “wasnt going to be satisfied” so he was cancelling the order:. He didnt want to see pics of whyI ddint accept pizza. Did get my money back..but really?????

Over the years I’ve wondered why dominos in Springfield moved away from Springfield closer to greenbrier your two stores are 5.7 miles away from each other. That makes no sense . You’ve moved away from the greater part of Springfield….

This place will not deliver to my house, even though the app says we’re in the delivery zone. They haven’t done anything to remedy the situation. I waited for over an hour for my pizza. The store called me after a delivery driver had been assigned to tell me I’m outside of their zone. The night “manager” wouldn’t give me his name. The district manager hasn’t tried to fix this either. This needs to be fixed. Papa John’s will deliver to our house.

Pizza was tops! Service was smooth. But this location is not “user friendly.” At night, you can’t see to pull in. There are no street lights and you are turning off the highway going fast and can’t see where to turn in. Then it’s completely dark around the building. The pavement is part cement and part gravel? Very strange. This is a business, light it up at night!
