Tried ordering this to treat the family. End up getting the special they had going for two items. We were supposed to get a pizza and boneless wings. However, when I arrived to pickup the order the young man informed me they did not have boneless wings and offered to substitute it for something else. He stated they had bone in wings. I told him that was fine. He stated they had to void the order and recharge. Thankfully I actually brought extra money as I had placed the order online. When I checked my notifications, I saw he had charged me more than the original total without telling me and told me it would be a wait. After a couple of minutes, I knew I had others waiting on me and needed to finish the rest of my work. I pulled back up and asked how much it would be for the pizza alone. He told me the total was just as much as the two items. Finally, I asked if I could just cancel the order and he said yes. Didn’t offer anything else, not even my pizza that was already done and just waiting the same way I was. After wondering why I never come here, I was quickly reminded. Lesson learned.

I placed an order today at 11:16. I chose the car side delivery option, which I always do. I’m on the clock. I literally have jail inmates in my van, so I cannot leave the vehicle.

The tracker on the Domino’s app said that the pizza will be ready between 16 and 26 minutes.

46 minutes later and I’m still waiting on the pizza. At that point, my lunch hour is almost over. So I pull up to the drive-thru window.

I’m told it’ll be another 6 minutes.

15 minutes later, I get my pizza. I had to wait over an hour for One. Single. Pizza.

There was not a single word of acknowledgment that I had to wait. When I pulled up to the window, they asked my name and told me that it would be another 6 minutes. When the pizza was brought to me, not a single word was said. It was handed to me and then the employee immediately turned around and walked away.

When I opened the box, the receipt was in the box, on top of the pizza, stuck in the cheese.

I’ve been to this Domino’s many, many times. I’ve always had great experiences. But this was unbelievable.

I’m not sure if there is a new person making the pizza here, but it is nothing like it used to be. Probably close to a year now or even just 6 months the pizza making is getting worse and worse. There are bubbles all over every single slice of pizza and it’s just horrible now. I don’t know why I continue to give my money to this place. After tonight it’ll be Papa John’s or even little ceasers over this place. The only good thing about the Enon Springs Rd dominos is the lady that works the drive thru window, she’s awesome!!

2nd time ordering (1st time Sun Dec 22,2024 , 2nd time Thurs Dec 26,2024).. Spinach & Feta Cheese bread still not done. And somebody’s hair is in my bread! I was Mad & Was Hungry As heck at work! But not that hungry, cause when breaking bread by pieces. Still samr issue as 1st time when i ordered my bread. Uncooked, and hair baked in my bread. 1st 3 pics are from 2nights order. Next 3 pics are from 1st time ordering. No problem with my mac n cheese. But unsatisfied customer because of the hair in the bread.

If I could give 0 for service I would. Normally the older woman who is there is really kind and greets everyone. We ordered online today and arrived just after it said our pizza was ready. The young lady with green and orange hair should NOT be working in customer service. There was no hello, no how are you just waiting at a window while they talk and then, “what’s the name?”. We give our name and she goes to look and can’t find our pizza. She comes back to the window and simply says “we don’t have an order by that name “ and starts to close the window to leave and we insist. She goes to look again, and asks us if it could be under a different name and recites full names of other people who have ordered there. We said no, then she asks if we could have ordered from a different store. I take out my phone and show her that it says Enon Springs and that the order is complete. She is totally unbothered we had paid for a pizza that the app says is there and is not. I finally give her the order number. She had to ask for multiple times. Surprise! She found the order! No one there knew what to do. My guess? They sent it out for delivery on accident. Or put the wrong pizza in the wrong box and I suspect a string of mishaps. After about 30 seconds of them all looking at each other confused she says “can you pull into spot 1”. Not, I’m sorry, we are going to have to remake your pizza, not I’m sorry it’s going take awhile would you like a drink? Not I’m sorry would you want to wait for us to remake it or a refund? Nothing. Just pull into spot 1. So, after another 20 minutes and the pizza having to be remade. She’s walking around the parking lot (2 cars) confused about which one to go to. She goes to the wrong car first and I finally rolled down my passenger window and she said my name and I said yes. Not a word from her. A single word. My husband goes, are you not going to offer an explanation or apology or something for this mishap? She goes well what do you want? Still no apology. Still no explanation. In fact she’s bothered they have had to do more for their screw up. My husband then says I don’t know the other lady has offered drinks before? She goes, well you’ll have to pay for them. Which normally we don’t ask for free things but the other older lady who works the window has before and has been so kind. This girl was BOTHERED to do her job and to talk to people at all. He asks her again if there’s anything they can offer and she tells him to talk to the manager. So he gets out, goes in and the manager or whomever was shift lead also did not apologize or greet or anything . We left with two sprites. The sad part is the young lady is easy to remember and identify because her hair is so flamboyant. Just because they’re a body doesn’t mean they should be working there. She should NOT be working there or needs trained on customer service severely. My husband had talked all week about trying the new stuffed crust and some incompetent and RUDE employees ruined it. Looks like management here gets a ton of bad reviews, hopefully the owner gets this and not the manager. He didn’t seem bothered either. Then we get the pizza and it’s mostly crust and cheese doesn’t even cover the whole thing. We like dominos, but we live in a town with dozens of options, it doesn’t have to be this store anymore.

We ordered pizza online. Went to pick up Pizza Clark told us they lost the pizza. So I’ll wait 15 minutes for Pizza to receive a Pizza burnt Absolutely pitiful. I do not live close to this Domino’s. I drove 20 minutes just to get there to have to wait for another pizza to be made and then that pizza is not worth eating.

I will never be going in this Domino’s because it is clear that the stuff doesn’t care. I was in the right lane in front of the store when a Domino’s driver swerved his car in front of me. After I let him pass, ANOTHER driver pulled out right in front of me. If I hadn’t slammed on my brakes, we would have collided. Didn’t even need to go in the store to have a bad experience.
I called the store to let them know about their driver’s reckless behavior and a young girl answered and in a very sarcastic tone said, “she was sorry that that happened to me”. Overall, my experience with this Domino’s was horrible.

The last 9 out of 10 times, this location can’t seem to pay attention to detail. If you order a thin crust pizza, IT WILL BE CUT INTO SQUARES, regardless of requesting it to be sliced like traditional pizza slices. Who the hell does that anyways? I suppose their failure to pay attention to detail also makes me question their ability to adhere to safe food handling practices as well. Until Domino’s can figure it out and fix this, we’re done ordering from this location. There’s too many options out there and I shouldn’t waste my money here when they can’t follow simple instructions (within their very own app when ordering pizza). The manager there was a bit too busy to really sound like she cared and lacked the empathy to see what it is that I was saying. I’m done wasting my money on this Domino’s location… Marco’s and Jett’s seem to always get it right.

We have been coming to this dominos for years. About half of the time our pizzas are sloppy, undercooked or wrong. We stopped ordering pan pizza because the dough was never cooked. I’m talking RAW soft dough, so raw I thought it was melted mozzarella cheese. Inedible. We always order extra sauce, one time we got home and had NO sauce on our pizza. We always do half and half toppings, last time we got any evenly cut pizza with two slices of one and 6 of the other topping. Decided to try again today, an online window pick up. The young man with long curly hair didn’t say hello, smile, nothing. Not a SINGLE word. He just opened the window, stared at me, I said hello and gave him my name. He closed it walked away opened it handed me my pizza and closed it again. Not hello, not thank you literally NOTHING. I worked in food service for a decade, I know how hard it can be but quality service isn’t that hard. Today our pizza was ordered with extra sauce and it’s so dry you can hardly see sauce on the pizza at all. It looks like it was dropped in the box and served to us anyway. Very disappointing because we do enjoy dominos when it is actually good. You all have ran out of chances with us.I took pictures but it won’t let me post.

I’d give no stars if I could. Pasta was dry as if they put a tablespoon worth on it. Ridiculous how service is these days. Called to ask why and got hung up on twice. Disrespectful.
