Absolutely horrible. I received a greasy pizza with the bottom of the box falling out because of the grease. Also, the pizza wasn’t even cut. Service has been declining for the last year but this ridiculous. Tried to call to complain, but nobody would answer the phone. Threw the pizza in the trash. Will try to get a refund tomorrow if someone will answer the phone.

Abysmally horrible. Pulled up to the window after order confirmation just to wait almost 2 hours for my “already ready” food. Woman at window asked for my name SIX times after the initial greeting. Six? That’s a little excessive in my opinion. By far THE WORST FOOD SERVICE I’ve ever had. It’s like they forget about you outside, and then are shocked AND annoyed when you try to get their attention??? Yeah that’s not acceptable at all man. Maybe you guys need to drop some dead weight around there, oh wait that’s right you guys are ALREADY short staffed. No surprises here, I wouldn’t want to work with lazy whiners anyway. Definitely would advise literally anywhere but domino’s. Hell, you’d be better off going inside and making it yourself, at least then you’d actually get your food on time.

Placed order at 558p for a 745p window pick up. Guy said your food isn’t ready give it 10-12 min. Ask me to pull over. Waited 40 min no pizza. So I went in to see what’s up. The lady was rude. She said he didn’t know which pizza was mine and they don’t normally bring pizza out to the cars. I should have come in sooner. The pizza was done and I could have come in 10 min afterwards and got my pizza sooner. Not sure how doing what he told me and trying to wait patiently not cussing the the other woman did made this my fault.

Ordered online for a medium pizza and a sandwich, said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I drive there, and I waited in line by only 1 person in front of me. Got to the window, still said it was in the oven cooking. I was like okay, I had to pull around since someone came up from behind. I come to the window again, and the guy said he put the wrong toppings on my pizza, had to redo it. I was upset, but accidents happen. Waited for 7 more minutes, and finally got my food after 25 minutes waiting. The pizza was cut unevenly, it was smashed on the inside, and it looked not cooked all the way. Unacceptable. The manager needs to provide more training for their employees. Never going back. Do not recommend.
