I’ve ordered from here a few times over the past couple years. Sometimes mediocre, sometimes good, and had a few great pizzas from here. But this time I was very disappointed. I ordered some boneless chicken chunks to go with a pizza. I expected a serving portion and look of the pictures generously posted all over the website…only to get what looked like the last few crumbles of pieces from the freezer bag. Maybe 4-5 actual pieces of chicken, and the rest was all just breading. I paid $10 for those 4-5 pieces and breading. FYI You can buy a whole fried/rotisserie chicken for less!! I included some pics with this review so it’s clear what I received. I guess it’s what you get when you order chicken from a pizza place. Live and learn.

We’ve given this location too many chances… need to find a different pizza place! Poor customer service! At pickup I was given 2 med pizzas instead of 1. Andy tried telling me corporate screwed me over and made no mention to correct anything since the system said 2 med pizzas. He took another order with me just standing there. I phoned in my order directly with this location. They applied a wrong coupon, so they made mediums instead of large pizzas. I appreciated the other employee who agreed to make a large for me. I was not upset by an incorrect order, upset at how the problem was handled. I was finally able to bring home enough pizza.

Anyone for a jar of sauce with my pizza. Dominos of Portland really screwed this up!!! I order it with no sauce!!!!! This is why I order with no sauce they can’t control their self. My wife pizza was made on wrong crust and drowning in sauce also she has to finish cooking it in toaster over when she gets home. Should have come with a straw. Not to mention it took longer than it should. $50.00 is a lot of money for dinner to suck.

Ordered 4 pizza’s and 2 cheesy bread. 1 pizza was burnt, 1 pizza we ordered extra toppings and there were no extra toppings, 1 pizza was dry with no sauce and had to dip it in sauce we had at home to eat it, the last pizza was a little dry but had enough cheese that it was ok. We had to cut the pizza at home or rip it apart. The bread was the best part of the meal. My first time ordering here, not sure if I will be back.

Portland dominos you failed us again. I never complain about the screw ups. I usually just eat and move on, but dam it is drowning in sauce and has no cheese. Also it is very doughy. I would assume that is because of the jar of sauce you dumped on it. Every Wednesday we spend 40 bucks and it just sucks. We give up. Even the dam receipt has pizza sauce on it.

I ordered to the app it said it would take 20 to 30 minutes I was to expect my food possibly at 6:00 at 6:05 I checked the tracker and it said it was delivered it was not I called the store and they started making sounds like I was having bad service on my phone but I was not it made sounds and hung up . We called back and they said that it would take another hour and a half before I got my order out even though they admitted that my order left at 5:30 it is a 10 minute drive here tops I left a tip on the app . At this point the food has already been gone for 45 minutes but it is nowhere around here but somehow delivered . Now I have to wait to get my money back because I’m not waiting another hour and a half on top of the time that I’ve already . I never leave reviews but there’s the first time for everything . Highly recommend using any other pizza place in Portland instead of this one

I wished there were a few way to rare 0 zeros. I’m currently wearing my chicken bacon ranch pizza toppings all over my shirt pizza was not cooked properly bacon on half the pizza not the other half. this is my usual pizza so I know how this pizza supposed to be this is the second time in the last year it’s been messed up order the pizza at 7:30 at 7:55 my wife was still waiting on it to be finished could not find the option to order for later on the online site that usually on there.
