This location is fairly new but we have been here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and quick. I normally pickup my pizza and it is always fresh, hot, and delicious.
The location has plenty of space to park and looks upscale/modern. Order from the app, get points for free items, and then pickup or have it delivered with ease.

Ordered delivery. This was how my pizza was delivered. And then what it looked like once I pulled the pieces apart that I could. The delivery driver did not knock on the door, just left it there and ran. Probably because this was how my pizza looked.

Jessica was great! She was juggling a lot and still got my pizza correct and ready on time. Only suggestion is to include at least 1 or 2 parmesan & red pepper packets and then charge extra if customer wants more. First pizza place I’ve been to charge .10 for packets.

Ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. The tracking app runs says the normal stuff. Making, checking and Sherry is on the way! An hour ago? You’re 2 miles away. After waiting an hour for Sherri, I called the store. Said what the tracker said and asked, where’s my food. Person said it should be there any moment. Then started telling me they only had 2 drivers. I asked is that my problem or yours.
Sherri showed up 20 minutes later apologized. And delivered my two cold pizzas and 2 warm salads…..yummy.
I guess I need to call now and ask what’s the staffing for tonight.
If you’re short staffed maybe your app shouldn’t lie and say the driver is on the way when they’re not.

Absolutely hideous customer service and product. Barely got any of the toppings on our order and the toppings did not come to the edge of the crust. When I called the location I was told quote “tough” and got hung up on by the manager after politely explaining the situation and asking for a refund. After several calls back and loads of attitude from employees and the manager, I was given a refund even tho I was previously told it was “against policy.” Overall awful experience.

Maturing is realizing that Domino’s makes a dang good pizza!
Anything less than 5 stars would just be wrong. Unlike many pizza places now-a-days, Domino’s still picks up the phone and takes orders.
From the incredible and laid back fella who took my order (great job) to the first bite of my blazing hot pizza, I was snapped back to the early 90’s for an experience I miss.
The pizza was incredible with crispy pepperoni, the perfect cheese to sauce ratio, and perfect garlicky crust. I must say that this location on 99 absolutely kills it.
Go see this crew and tip them big!

Delivered the pizza to the wrong house called had them remake. It didn’t seem to care that they had made a mistake was pretty much indifferent when providing service I would avoid this location. I think it’s the worst of the three in Murfreesboro honestly.
