The past few times the pizza has not been up to standards. The manager, John has taken care of it, and made it right. Most nights we are just ordering cheese pizza for our youngest.

This place is the king of little to no toppings. All you have to do is read their reviews. Idk if they’re saving the toppings to take home with them or what, but they sure aren’t putting them on the pizzas. I’ve never seen anything like it. My large pizza had 14 pepperonis, a teaspoon full of olives, a teaspoon of bacon, and half the pizza was just sauce exposed with no cheese! Service is just awful at this place I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

I ordered ahead and it was very late at night. When I arrived 19 minutes later (12 minutes original ETA when ordered), I was the only customer and no one had started the pizza. The “computer” or what it was making an alert sound since my order was waiting. I had to call back to the employees in the back (2 of them), to get them to come out and realize they had an order. One of them said they could not make my pizza because they didn’t know how. The other grudgingly came out in a mood and made my pizza. Ended up with me waiting despite ordering plenty ahead. I think they were “done” for the night since it was so late and they didn’t have any customers except me for a long time.

We were missing an item from our order and when I called to ask for a refund on that specific item I was told I could only have store credit. I told them we rarely eat pizza so we’re not interested in a store credit to which I was told they would void the entire order and then re charge the order minus the missing item with my credit card information over the phone. We all know a refund takes several days to process so I’d be out double the money for their mistake. There was no desire to make it right. Also, the quality of the pizza was terrible. It’s hard and the cheese is cold. It tasted and looked like it’s been sitting out for a few hours. Would not order from this location in the future.

This Domino’s was much needed here as it serves my neighborhood and many others off of Rucker Rd and US-231… And the food is honestly better than I ever imagined it would be. I used to be limited to the other big box chain further down on S Church, but in my honest opinion this domino’s blows it out of the water. I’ve tried their bone in and boneless buffalo and BBQ wings as well as several pizzas. Not only do they deliver at blazing speeds but it’s much cheaper and far more satisfying.
The store itself is immaculate, which I never thought possible given the state of the building for the past few years, if you drive by it every day like I do I’m sure you understand!
Can’t think of one single thing to dock a start for. This is my new goto pizza place from now on, as is the same with my neighbors since they deliver in my neighborhood countless times a day.

Bad and cold pizza ever got it from any branch of domino’s before waiting for over 15 mins inside store to pick up my pizza although the pizza has been already. Unexperienced worker to handle customers. Pizza was already over 30 mins under heater machine and made pizza tast bad and cold. They do not put enough toppings as domino’s gives me pizza for free not for paied money for. Looke at pizza if domino’s gives it to puppy noway will eat it.

This trip I was very disappointed (10/31/24). I ordered my food at approximately 3:45 pm and left to get my pizza (takes me about 15-20 minutes to get to the location). I got there checked in and waited and waited and waited. I finally asked one of the delivery drivers if he could check on my pizza which he did and came back and told me there was nothing for me. He then asked I’m assuming it was a manager who came out and told me it was still on the “too make line” and that they had gotten very busy. I saw several people come and go with their orders. Finally almost an hour later (and I had checked on line and my pizza was ready but no one had brought it to the car) there was a gentleman that brought it out. When I complained that they’d gotten busy and he was sorry, all he offered me was a soft drink. If I would not have been had family waiting and my two dogs in the car, I would have complained more and demanded my order be free. I understand getting busy but when I ordered and got there and waited almost 15 minutes before finally asking someone, I think that is VERY POOR customer service and my food should have been comped me. I am still very upset about it.
