Pay attention to your bank account when ordering on the app. I placed an order on the app and was charged for the order twice. Once for the total amount and again for the order amount plus the tip. I spoke to the manager twice and never received my refund. The manager said he was aware the app had an issue charging customers twice but I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back for the apps mistake. Highly disappointed with the customer service of this app and particular location.

We order from this location about once every 2 weeks. Always good quality, always fast and always willing to make it the best experience. My only issue is that the first time we ordered the cheesy marinara dip it was enough for the 3-5 people as advertised, every time we have ordered since, it is barely enough for 2 people. I have contacted them about this several times and it doesn’t get better, so I guess we just only get enough for 2! Keep this in mind when ordering the dips!!!

2 weeks in a row promise time was a little more than a little off. 1st week called and placed my order was to told 30 to 40 minutes got in 30 minutes figured would have to wait 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked how much longer they told me that my order had not even started 45 minutes later I got my food. Should had been free but that was not offered which I would not accepted it! 2nd week called and placed was told 15 to 20 minutes thought they were slow. Got there approximately 15 minutes again the order hadn’t even been started 30 minutes later I finally got my order. When I stated what had happened I am guessing the manager he just showed me a bunch of order tickets and said something about on a Friday night there’s no way to get a pizza in 15 to 20 minutes. It was kinda offered it for free, I didn’t want it for free. I understand they were but since I don’t work there I don’t know how busy they are, all I have to go on is what they tell me on the phone.

When my pizza arrived the box was soggy, the pizza was not cooked throughout, very doughy and toppings were falling off of it. My dipping sauce did not come with my order. When I called to make them aware of the issue I was offered a store credit or they would remake it and it would arrive in an hour… no compensation for the inconvenience whatsoever!! Given the excuse that they only have two delivery drivers, explain to me how it’s the customers fault that they have poor management and staffing.. ridiculous!! I will no longer order from dominos and I’ll be sure to spread the word. As a former worker in the industry I have more understanding than most and the fact that they did nothing to make it right was very disappointing. Laziness was a big part of the pizza still being doughy. I would strongly suggest using LEADS to make this store better.. Listen, Empathize, Apologize, Do whatever it takes, Stand by your word.
