Where’s the mushroom? I mean, I see about 6 pieces on a large pizza. I love mushroom. And the sausage is also lacking. Looks like they added way too much cheese. I like cheese appropriately, not greasy looking like this. Lack luster performance. I touted this as one of the best but not after this. I tried a bite before I finished this review – and yeah – just a greasy pool of cheese with no flavor.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5pm. The online app Tracker said it would be here at 5:45. I called at 5:45 only to find out that they were waiting on a driver to come back to the store to deliver. The girl told me I was next in line for delivery.My pizza was done. At 6:20 still not pizza. I called again and this time she said it was out for delivery but not sure when it would be here. It finally got here at 6:29 but the quality was poor. I recommend you call and not use the app. As the app is not good with the time of delivery.

MY EXPERIENCE….ordered an 8 piece mild wings, tater tots and the brownie cookie. They just sprinkled sauce on the chicken. On top of that, it wasn’t done. Easily the worst wings I’ve ever ordered. Stay away from these wings, you’ll get sick from eating undercooked food.

I ordered online around 11:25pm, get the notification that they started prepping it at 11:25pm, it’s in the oven by 11:33pm, awesome. Head in around 11:40pm because according to their tracker it’s done. Finally get noticed by an employee by 11:46pm even though he literally just helped the dude in front of me, just to find out, my order isn’t even done at all. All of 3 orders on their board, mine and 2 others. Which leaves me to ask, what’s the point of an order tracker at all. This is the last thing I wanted to deal with after working till 11pm. And then to offer a half assed sorry for your wait

Had a mixed experience at Domino’s today. Ordered a pepperoni and cheese, and cheese pizza. Also got an Italian sub, apple dipping dessert, and crispy chocolate lava cakes. The two pizzas and chocolate cakes were great. The Italian sub and apple dessert not so much. The apples dessert were drizzled in a delicious cinnamon sugar glaze but it leaked everywhere and into the box below it. Quite the mess. I recommend a plastic container for this in the future to keep the liquid contained. The Italian sub was small and missing meat. One half only had a single piece of ham on it. The other half was normal. It did not have the rest. Not a case of toppings slide. Some of it was tasty. The rest required me to get my own cold cuts from the fridge so I could finish it as a sandwich. Aside from that problem, most else was fine. The staff were polite and helped me immediately. I did not have to wait for my order. The store is clean and neat. Prices are kind of high for what I got. Parking is limited. Best to go on a nice day or during slow times. I had to walk from the side of the building in the wind and rain to get to the door. Over all okay experience. I may go back again. I will not get the apples dessert or Italian sub again though.

On 06/22, I ordered food from this location, and when it didn’t arrive, I called to investigate. I was told that the order was never sent out and was given the option of a refund or redelivery. I chose to have the order remade and delivered. Almost an hour later, I called the location again to ask for a new tracking number so I could monitor the status of my order. However, the same employee informed me that the food was not remade because the delivery driver, Pablo, had assured him that the order was already out for delivery. Despite this, my order never arrived. When I asked to speak with the manager, I explained the situation in great detail. The manager explained that the delivery driver had difficulty locating the apartment numbers and delivered the food to whichever apartment he thought was correct. I pointed out that I had not received any communication from the store or the delivery driver. After waiting nearly two hours for my order, which I had been led to believe would arrive, I informed the manager that I planned to contact corporate. When I asked for his name, he responded with ‘Domino’s’ and terminated the call. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from someone in a management role and look forward to contacting corporate.

Ordered pizzas for a birthday party at TOCA for 4 pm (with 20% tip). When the pizza didn’t arrive on time, we called to inquire, and they said it’ll be 20 more minutes. 35 minutes later the pizza still didn’t arrive, my husband called and they told him it’ll be another 10-15 minutes. The party was coming to an end, the kids had not eaten yet, and he expressed his frustration with the service. The guy hung up on him, and 5 minutes later I got a notification in my email that my order was cancelled.
When I called to clarify what’s happened, and the person on the phone said “your husband was rude to me, and I cancelled the order”. And hung up. I’m glad we ordered a big cake.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering pizza form this location ever again.
