We veered from the norm looking for a new pizza place. I ordered online then tried to call them to make sure there was heavy heavy sauce on my husbands pizza. Someone answered and put me on hold immediately saying they’d “brb”. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes. After 5 mins I just wanted to see how long they’d want have me hold. I hung up at almost 11 minutes. The order arrived in the time frame we were given. Our order was correct which is a huge improvement from Papa John’s! The sauce was heavy just like my husband likes it. I’m th oh bling we just might try it again!

My pizza was old, with grease stained through the box. The Sausage Pizza had some of it was tipped over and with cheese stuck to the roof. To add on top of this, one slice was seemingly missing out of the thin crust. When it got here they just threw the pizza on the porch. Also, they hung up on me when I called. The only reason this place has a 3.9 Rating is because of random people with default profile pictures all rating 4 or 5 stars with basic 1 sentence reviews. The responses from the owner are just automated messages sent to everyone who leaves a low review, and I doubt they actually check the emails. 1/5 stars, I would vote lower if I could.

Awesome pizza every time I’ve been here. Once my order got mixed up with someone else’s but they were very apologetic and replaced it promptly. Everyone is nice and if you place a pickup order, it’s usually ready in about 15 minutes.

Placed an order for delivery ahead of time, requested it be delivered at 9pm. The driver arrived at 8:30. He was nice and said he wasn’t sure why the manager told him to come so early. I called the store and asked for the manager. John answered, claimed to be the manager. I asked why my pizza was delivered so early and not at the time requested. He didn’t really know what to say. I explained I take a break at work at 9:10 and wanted hot pizza to eat not room temperature. He acted like I was the one that made the mistake and tried to tell me what I should’ve done instead. No, John. How about you follow the simple GD instructions on the order, total incompetence. This guy has no business managing anything. Oh, and not to mention my 4 year old could’ve done a better job cutting this pizza.
