When I pulled up to the store, the cashier was sitting down and on her phone. I went in to order a pizza and was told I can’t order in store, I had to order online. There’s an open sign and store hours. I guess I’m behind the times. I can still go into Pizza Hut and Hungry Howies when I’m on the fly. Some people are constantly on the move and may not know 30 minutes ahead of time what they’re going to eat for lunch. I just stopped here because it was in route to my next meeting.

I ordered online and my daughter picked up on her way home from work. When we opened the pizza box it was completely wrong and one of the things I ordered was missing. We called and the manager was super rude. He told us that if we wanted the correct order we had to drive all the way back and return the incorrect order! My daughter is an ER doctor and had just gotten off a 12 hrs shift so driving back was a huge inconvenience! We drove back WITH THE WRONG ORDER and the manager was so rude. We asked and he refused to give us a coupon or refund on our order. Will never return!!!

I’m trying to give this location several different chances but every time they fall short. The last time they couldn’t locate my address they forgot my drinks. This time I ordered a pizza over an hour ago and still have yet to receive my order. I will be choosing a different location and not be purchasing anymore from this location you have lost a customer.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and they made one of them wrong. I called them and they said they will re make it and send it back out and they will pick the other one up. I said that’s fine
. Then they call me back and said that I would have to pay another delivery fee or I can come pick it up. I said okay, that’s fine I will stop by in my way home from work. Then they tell me that I would have to go way home and get the other pizza and bring it back.The manager on duty said this to me with an attitude. Are y’all serious. I order from them at least twice a month. Very disappointed and they just lost a loyal customer. They screwed up and mad with me. Smh.

Super hardworking staff, very pleasant and competent. Store is always very clean, and quiet and smells heavenly. I love pizza of all kinds and they never disappoint with the quality of their food. Everything is ALWAYS fresh out of the oven and that freshness comes through in the taste of their dough. I’ve never had a bad experience with any employees here, my food has never been cold or even lukewarm, and I’ve not had to fight for a parking space…yet ☺️ Thank you Dominos and for the wonderful service, my stomach thanks you too.

Haven’t had Domino’s in years, and I remembered why! I ordered some hot wings, picked them up and they weren’t really sauced! When I called Nicholas explained, that’s how they come, and ALL PHOTOS ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, and there’s nothing he can do. He was so rude as he screamed in my ear, and there was no apology for serving food that didn’t look like the photos. When I arrived to return them, Nicholas… THE MANAGER was out on a delivery MAKING EXTRA MONEY IN TIPS as an all black staff was running the restaurant. He left someone else in charge, and a refund was given however, the fact that they both said that THEY DO NOT MAKE THEIR FOOD AS PICTURED IS A HUGE PROBLEM! I recorded the encounter and took pictures bc this is unacceptable! PLEASE ORDER WINGS AND IF THEY AREN’T SERVED AS PICTURED… RETURN THEM! As you can see, my wings had 1 squirt of hot sauce as the pictures had them COMPLETELY TOSSED in sauce! How is this allowed and acceptable?Stop allowing these Billion Dollar companies STEAL our money and get away with it! Government Street Domino’s in Mobile Alabama needs to be ashamed of themselves, but as long as Nicholas is a manager, he’ll use his employees to take the customers complaints as he MAKES EXTRA MONEY ON THE SIDE DELIVERING ORDERS!

Decided to takeout a pizza at this location. Go to turn in to the location as casually as anyone else. My tire ends up popping because of the height of the curb. I didn’t hit the curb. As the pictures tell the slope and height of the curb. This is ridiculous. I’m on vacation and having to call a mobile tire service at 11 p.m at night. The pizza was decent but what’s the point when you can’t get it to your location to enjoy it. I will be contacting corporate or legal advice if I’m not compensated accordingly for this inconvenience.
