We were there on April 23rd, 2023, between 12-2pm. The guy (there were two guys, one thin, but I’m talking about the other one with a hat on) who took our orders, he was rude and selfish. He shifted orders between customers, and I had to pay for one extra wing. He was listening to music via earphones while getting orders, which we had to repeat and talk very loud. It was my first time trying Domino’s and it was very disappointing.

I don’t know why the ratings are bad but I had the absolute best experience with them. I wish I knew the woman’s name but she wore glasses and took our order! She was the first sweet person we met during our stay at orange beach! 🙂 everyone was kind and our wait wasn’t long at all. They made sure we had everything we needed before we left! Thank you for you kindness and pizza:)

Although there are some diligent workers the lady that we spoke to on the phone was very short and didn’t listen to what we needed to say to get our order. Our driver was a hard worker but made a mistake like we all do by picking up the wrong pizza. We called the store and after an hour, and getting sent all over the place through corporate and plenty of minutes on hold, we finally got the store to pick up. When she did she was very short and hateful and when we asked her to tell us exactly where she was sending us she interrupted us and sent us straight to hold where we had been for the past 45 minutes. We hung up and our original driver called us and got it worked out. If you hire someone they should be someone that represents you if that’s what you want to represent you we won’t be future buyers.

Pleasantly surprised by how great my dominoes experience was! I ordered a pasta bowl for lunch. It was hot and fresh and ready faster than the staff had originally said. The inside of the restaurant was clean, well lit, and we’ll maintained. There is no inside seating, but there is a small waiting area with a comfy bench to sit on. I will be coming back for all my pizza needs while I’m in orange beach.

Placed an order online at 7:50, order was in prep stage until around 8:50 before it jumped straight to ‘Quality Check’. Before the order status changed I had called twice, both times on hold for more than 20 minutes before I hung up. Not a single person picked up, it is currently 9:30 and it is still saying it’s being ‘Quality Checked’. I’m praying I get anything at all, since my card has already been charged. Almost three hours and it hasn’t even left the store yet. All I ordered was 1 pizza, I understand being understaffed, or having a lot of orders, but three hours is more than plenty time to throw in a single extra large pizza.

This place actually deserve 0 stars been 2 hours waiting on my pizza and its still another 10 minutes. You can’t speak to the store its self. Can’t speak to manager and his excuse was we only have 1 delivery driver. I could have driven half way home before this pizza is gonna be ready. Save your time and your family frustration.

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and was given a 60 to 70 minute wait time. After two hours and 8 calls between four people who was put on hold every time and never picked up, we decided to drive down to the pizza place. They did say it was “in delivery” but we both know it wasn’t. We got both pizzas fresh and a refund. I wouldn’t order here again. “Welcome to orange Beach”! As the manager told us 😉

Ordered a medium pizza and a pasta at 745. Showed prepping for about an hour so I decided to call but was continously hung up on. Once someone finally stayed on the line I asked to cancel the order ( simple enough ) NO it wasn’t. They said I would have to speak to a manager and would hang up. So at this point I don’t want the food but I figured I’m in it now so we waited. Fell asleep around 1130 and never got our pizza and we never got our money back. Unfortunately I had to cancel my card and report it as fraud to bank. Management wouldn’t it have been easier to just refund money if you can’t deliver on service?
