The last five times that I have tried to order online from Domino’s there has been some kind of technical error

Food service is about multi tasking. I’ve been serving for 15 years. You can’t just ignore hurts. I watched the young man take orders inside while he ignored the window AND phone. I know it’s hard because they’re short staffed but everyone should have to wait, not just people outside. I would’ve pulled off had I not paid online. I spent 16 minutes sitting without any acknowledgment. If you do take your chances, I would definitely not pay online & don’t count on the time quoted online. It quoted 8-13 minutes & it was 40(ish) minutes for 2 large pizzas.BUT the pizza was hot & delicious.

We did a pickup order and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Starting with the garlic bread knots. They came completely plain with no garlic butter or sauce, basically just plain bread. They forgot to put sauce on them.
When we went inside to grab our order, not a single employee greeted us or acknowledged we had walked in. The worker who finally helped us had AirPods in and kept asking us to repeat ourselves, which came off as unprofessional and inattentive. We had also paid for two extra sauces, but they were missing from our order. When I asked about them, the employee acted like she couldn’t hear us, again, and didn’t even acknowledge what I said. The customer service overall was below subpar and lacked any kind of hospitality or care.
We didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but just from a basic pickup perspective, the lack of communication and quality control was disappointing. I usually enjoy Domino’s, but this one we won’t be returning to.

Placed a curbside pickup order . Got there and put my flashers on (as instructed) and a girl came out and asked me if I had an order to pick up (obviously, yes, i do) and she asked what my name was. She went back inside and they all looked at me, and started motioning for me to come inside (shouldn’t have to when placing a curbside order, very unprofessional). Went inside, picked up my order and paid. As I was leaving, a younger girl with dirty blonde, long hair, said “Have a good one” and i nodded, as i have strep throat and it hurts to talk, she yelled out “Well thanks, I will too!”. I turned around and spoke a few choice words. Just go to Pizza Hut guys!
