When we first got there a guy walked up to the register and while in the middle of asking a question he walks off and around the table area then back up to us. I tell him the name for the order and he gets it then after I check it I find the Philly cheese steak sandwich to be burnt and he doesn’t even have the professionalism to ask if something is wrong with the order. Now besides tonight the last few times we’ve been to this store I’d say 5/5 is deserved the person who has waited on is (a guy named Forrest) has been very professional, courteous and just an amazing person he remembers how my order has to be done due to allergies and he makes sure it’s done correctly even if he’s had to do it himself. But as for tonight SMH!

I usually have a good experience here, but I was pretty disappointed this time.
I ordered a 32 piece honey barbecue and an 8 piece buffalo and they BARELY sauced any of the wings. I ordered a cup of buffalo sauce, because they usually don’t sauce well and it was expired. I was going to dismiss it and use the sauce anyways, but it was rancid and clearly not safe. What little sauce they put on my buffalo wings also had a rancid smell and flavor, so I had to wipe my wings off and use my own sauce at home..
Please, don’t cut corners and sell or use expired sauce on your customers food.
Yes, sometimes foods and sauces can go past the expiration by a couple days, but this was over a month and potentially a health code violation.
When customers order food, they are trusting you to take care of them and make sure their food is safe and clean. Please check the dates and ensure quality and safety

Should have been a timely manner. Delivery person was a very hospitable hard thing to find anymore. And food is piping hot pictures will be enclosed of everything I received.

Not going to change my opinion of Domino’s because of one bad encounter everyone has their off days. But this falls back on management. All product coming out of any Domino’s establishment is to be quality checked properly to make sure that it is done correctly not expediently and sloppy. Therefore it is my recommendation that the management at this particular Domino’s be retrained as to what is company standards when it comes to quality products. It was 909 when I ordered my stuff it was 10 15 10 20 when it finally arrived the stuffed cheesy sticks that I had were very well done but I ate them cuz of my opinion you can’t burn cheese too much until it turns black. But the brownie was charcoal brick hard. And you could clearly see if you had opened the box to quality check my stuff that it was burnt to the core. I have taken the steps further to contact Domino’s HQ directly regarding this problem. You can’t turn the oven temperature up to expedite cooking something cuz you’re in a hurry to go home and end shift. If your priorities lie elsewhere than with the company while you’re on company time, you need to find employment elsewhere.
Again management at this place needs retrained.

False advertisement on their sign. The mix and match for $6.99 each is a lie. The wings are $8.99 and the sign does not say the price would be different. Their is no * on the sign either. Got the picture of the sign too. The General Manager could not explain the reason why the sign is different from the computer. I told her it’s false advertising!

Absolutely horrible !! I will not order from here again. I ordered pizzas to be delivered to my house that’s literally a mile away. I was working and didn’t want my spouse to have to worry about dinner. After a half hour he text me” where’s the pizza?”. I thought good question but we waited some more. After a HOUR passed I called them. The girl that answered was rude and said it is about to leave. It will be there soon. So I said ok. After another half hour.. now A HOUR AND A HALF after I placed the order, I called again. This time I just cancelled the order. My kids sat by the door for a hour and a half hungry waiting on their pizza. We just made other arrangements, but lesson learned. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ! They are rude, lazy, and just don’t care.

I ordered my mom A pizza at 4:45 pm. I got a notification saying that the pizza was on its way at 5:15. However, the driver called and asked the address again of the home. I gave the driver the address of the home. He told me he was aware of where it was and he was down the street, I waited on the porch for the driver which never showed up. Call back to Domino’s to tell the manager that the driver never showed up however I called the driver cell phone that he called from and he never answered the manager later told me that the driver delivered the pizza to the wrong house and that he was sorry, and he would make another pizza and send it back out. It’s now 7pm and I’m still awaiting on another pizza to be sent back out for my mom to eat dinner that she normal eat at 5pm.

I ordered a deluxe New York style with added ham, bacon, and beef. Got home, and all I had was a New York style with nothing but ham, bacon, and beef. Had to return to the store and get the pizza made correctly, and they refused to bring it outside to my vehicle since I had to walk through a storm once already for the wrong pizza.

Food was late. Received delivery over 30 minutes after receiving “driver on the way” text. I live 5 minutes from the location.
Ordered 2 Cesar Salads, only received 1 and a Garden Salad which I did not order. Will definitely choose another option in the future.

Be patient everyone when placing an order. Currently Domino’s is experiencing a decrease in delivery drivers. Par for the course for people not wanting to work anymore. They are doing their very best and due diligence to get all orders out. So be patient with them. Majority of the time they’re working on a skeleton crew.
Not five or six people more like one or two. So be patient with them. Realize they’re only human and if you get a call back saying no delivery drivers that’s what it is don’t take it out on them it’s not their fault. They’re doing their best.
