Domino’s Pizza in Enterprise, Alabama is so disappointing. Two weeks ago I ordered the loaded bacon cheddar tots and within minutes got a phone call that they were out of tots. The guy said he would add $6.99 credit to my account for my next order because the only items they had at the same price, I did not want. I received my food (no tots as expected) but the tots were still on my receipt and I was also charged for the tots. As of last night, the credit still hadn’t shown up on my dominos account but I figured it’s $6.99 and I’ve wasted more money than that before. I really don’t like complaining or confrontation if I can help it but I’m really upset about last nights experience so it’s time.
Ordered the loaded bacon cheddar tots again last night because it’s what I wanted for dinner and the photo is what I received… overcooked/almost burnt, no sauce on top and no bacon. Not to mention the one tot I tried tasted like Sonic’s tots when they haven’t changed their oil out!
Dominos where is your consistency & pride In Your products? I wanted these soooo bad.

This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Dominos Pizza in Enterprise, Alabama. Probably a year ago-ish I had problems with my order taking 2+ hours to be delivered AFTER the website had shown on the tracker that my pizzas had already been prepped, cooked and went through their “Quality Check”. So I called them to ask about it and the lady that answered the phone was very rude to me. She wouldn’t even let me explain why I was concerned (my pizzas had shown they were cooked an hour ago at that time) or even give me the chance to offer to pick them up. Instead she just kept belting out that she was short staffed. I just let it go and waited another hour to get our pizzas. I didn’t order from them again for many many months until here recently.
I’m a very understanding and sympathetic person. I know that sometimes stressful situations will make us say things we normally wouldn’t or come off as rude when we aren’t trying to be, but I was very put off by her treatment.
Well, looks like this review about my tots order turned into an overall experience review on the chain location in Enterprise, Alabama. ♀️

When I crave for some scrumptious pizza I head over to Dominoes. There pizza always looks amazing and taste great! The staff works as a team and they keep the restaurant clean so it does have a good atmosphere/appearance. Come and give them a whirl. So, I’m buying full pizzas when I go to them not per individual so not sure of the price.

Placed order on line for pickup at East main location in Dothan and when we arrived they couldn’t find our order. The employee at the window said we have pizzas with no tickets and handed us a pizza to see if it was ours, it was not. Taco Bell was good

Ordered a pizza, first bite there was a hair baked under the cheese. Legit puked afterwords and threw the pizza away. I will NEVER Come back here. Nor will I allow my family to eat pizza from here.

This is now the second time they got my order wrong. I paid extra for handmade pan and extra cheese and I got neither of those!! You can see on the pictures that there is not extra cheese and it is not handmade pan but yet I was charged for that. Not to mention the wings barely have any sauce on them! I very rarely make negative reviews but after multiple times of incorrect orders and being charged for something I didn’t receive, I am over it.

There was a big lizard on my front door about to sneak into my house and my very kind delivery driver took off his hat and used it to shoo it away. I was about to be outside all night because I was not about to risk it. Top tier delivery! I wish I had caught his name. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE

The workers were very polite but our pizza looked like a toddler had fun with the cutting our pizza, they were not just uneven but not even slices of pizza, with the pizza not being cooked all the way as well.

Placed a future order for 4 large pies 5 hours in advance online. Order was accepted and to be delivered at 4:45. Got a call at 4:55 that there was no driver available to bring the order on base. So 6 hungry mechanics didn’t have dinner at work. An earlier call could’ve been a pick-up. Bad business-

We’re in town for work. The manager was quick to fix our messed up order with a complete full order remake and didn’t ask for the wrong one back, was so very nice and helpful. The gentleman that answered the phone was super sweet and so was the driver that delivered both orders. Super pleased with the customer service and the pizzas were cooked/prepared awesome too!! Thanks Dominos in Enterprise and all workers!
