Ordered the exact same thing we’ve ordered from Domino’s for at least the last 6-7 years but this was only 2nd time from this location. Ordered loaded ranch chicken with no bacon or tomato’s, just wanted ranch sauce and cheese. did not check the order prior to leaving store. Got home and chicken had tomato’s and bacon and no ranch sauce. Garlic bread sticks were overcooked, almost burnt the pizza was fair. Called the store back and asked if all food could be recooked and I would take what we had back and was told by whoever we were transferred to, that if I brought all of that back, we would only get a credit. She did not even offer to remake the order and have it delivered to us. The lady said they do not redo orders. She said we would be put on the non-service list and would not be able to order from them again. She said it was because the conversation was hostile. I may have raised my voice but not once did I get nasty with her. She hung up the phone on me. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this location. I posted a picture from the end of the box that says they guarantee our satisfaction but obviously, it does not matter.

Please TIP YOUR DELIVERY PERSON! Such good pizzas. The quality is there and the efforts they put into running this place and being as thorough as they can be is a plus . I dont understand why so many bad reviews they try to do their best with the way people are these days. The parm breadsticks are extremely bombalicious! and their cinnamon twists are bomberlicious update they’re friendly here and good stuff! The other location doesn’t do good food like this one:)

I ordered my daughter a pizza and 2 drinks to be delivered to the hospital. She was being admitted for surgery the next morning. It took them an hour to deliver her pizza and it was cold. To make matters worse, they forgot our drinks. I was told they would be right back with the drinks and they never showed. Very disappointed.

Ordered delivery from the hotel across the street and didn’t get my food for an hour. My loaded tots were not loaded. Basically bare! And soft. And stuffed cheesy bread was doughy and undercooked. Plus not cut! And it took almost an hour to get my food when I was quoted 15-25 minutes! Never again.

Dominos set a high level for great customer service. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Other fast food places are rude around this area. Never had an issue ordering or with the quality of my food. Thank you for hiring ppl with manners.

I hate leaving a bad review but the service was terrible. Made an online order, gave them allotted time, and went to pick up my order. The restaurant was a mad house with staff blaming each other for orders. Needless to say we left, they did call 20 min later saying they found our pizza. No thanks. But I will give you guys another chance. I understand crap happens.

Domino’s has become my go-to delivery pizza. They have so many things going for them over the other guys. Their specials always have great prices. You have GOT to try their deep dish/pan pizza. It was amazing. The ONLY thing missing is I wish they had meatball as a topping like some of the other delivery pizza places have.
