*DO NOT Reccomend* I originally placed an order through the app for delivery on Oct 23, 24. Almost 2 hours went by and I hadn’t received my order. I called the store and the phone just rung and rung. I ended up driving to the store on Chantilly to pick up my order. There were 2 people in the building and 1 person working and they were swamped. I asked about my order and it had been sitting for over a hour and was cold. I ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza and added sausage. It was poorly made. It didn’t have any sauce and a pinch of cheese. It had huge Italian sausage. I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak thin crust pizza with no mushrooms and light onions. It was covered in mushrooms and I’m allergic and covered in onions. I told the young man I didn’t want it and the pizza was made wrong. He argued me down that the pizza was made correctly. I told him I order this all the time and it’s not. He said I can remake but it’ll be about a hour because he had several orders and the only one working. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me one because the manger was at the hospital. I asked when would she be back he said maybe by 830pm. I left the pizza and called the store back at 8:30pm and she still wasn’t there and he didnt know when she would be back. I left my info for her to call and she never did. I contacted corporate and still haven’t been contacted for my refund. I was charged for a delivery that was never delivered and pizza that I left at the store. I will never order from Dominos after this. I want my refund.

After several orders taking forever and giving additional opportunities to keep my business the final straw was a pickup order I placed. The “tracker” said my pizza was ready. I parked and checked in. The timer said I earned a free pizza because it took longer than expected. Then a guy came out and said “You must one of the pickups. I haven’t even started your pizza and there are 7 people in front of you. I’m working alone so it’s going to be a minute”. I didn’t understand but decided to wait a little longer, after an additional 40 minutes my pizza was ready. That was a total wait time of over an hour. Decided that after more than one experience like this and several similar reviews that unless there is a major change this location doesn’t deserve my business.

We had a large pizza with sausage and extra cheese and parm bites tonight. It was delicious. Lots of cheese and sausage, perfect temperature and parm bites were perfect. Employees were courteous and polite. Store was clean. Great experience and we will certainly return there.

What’s not to understand about extra mushrooms? After I stated three toppings mushrooms, mushrooms and more mushrooms and was told they can’t do that. I’d only imagine maybe 6 pieces of pepperoni on a single topping pie. What happened to the customer is always right? And… Almost $20 for a disappointing medium pizza. Outraged at myself for leaving a tip !!!

I travel for work and have probably been to multiple Domino’s locations in 25 different states. I have left reviews at many of them raving about how polite, consistent, and just awesome they are. This location went past disappointing and straight to angering. After a 8 minute hold they answered and I asked a 10 second question and then they hung up. Thinking maybe they could not hear me I called back and put my life on hold for an additional10 minutes. When she finally answered she sounded upset and as I began talking she hung up mid sentence. The 3rd time was the same thing except she didn’t give me even a full second before she hung up! The next location the lady apologized for the hold, explained she was all alone and that she would appreciate if I could order online. Absolutely no problem with that I completely understood. The 3rd location politely took my order in 2 minutes. This one location is just a bad apple and I hope someone reads this and realizes that this location is working hard to ruin the good name of Domino’s with customers who have purchased from them for almost 30 years.

0/10 I do not recommend this location to anyone. First of all, I ordered at 4:46 PM! I didn’t receive my order until 7:47 PM. When I called to inquiry about my order someone hung up in my face the first time. When I was able to get someone she stated I couldn’t receive a refund due to the weather and they are short staff with two drivers and I’m more than welcome to come pick the order up. Keep in mind the order was showing prep 4:46 PM than still at 6:00 PM. Please save yourself a headache by going to another dominos because the chantilly location SUCK! Also the icing was missing for the cinnamon knots!

Buyer beware!! Terrible customer service, unprofessional team that lies. Food delivery was over an hour late and when I checked on the order status, the store lied multiple times and said the food was about to be delivered.
When I cancelled the order, the manager promised a complete refund, but I submitted a negative comment through the Dominoes website. The manager called me, laughed and said I wasn’t going to get a refund. Even if the team was undermanned, there’s no excuse to lie and be unprofessional. Over 2 hours without food and no refund. I spent $100 (including tip) for bad service and no food. I Highly recommend you do not order from this store. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. (Update – I sent the owner an email with details & she didn’t respond. Now working to dispute charges with my bank. AVOID giving this place your business.)

Although I got my money back, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I wanted to order some cinnamon bread twists as a dessert through delivery. I placed the order around 8:20 pm and I consider myself a patient individual. I wait an hour and 20 minutes and decide to call them. Although the person who picked up was very nice and understanding he told me that they did not have any drivers to send my food out. They attempted to call me, but I never received said call. Anyways he told me he refunded me and I thanked him for it. HOWEVER, that does not excuse the fact that a dominos does not have drivers when they are open till 12 am. I can understand if the website notified that delivery was not an option before placing my order, but the fact that there was no indicator made me upset.

Estimated time from order to delivery was 45 min – 1 hour. I got the pizza about 2.5 hours later, and it had been out of the oven for about 1 hr 20 mins by that time. After all that, the pizza wasn’t made according to order, so we dined on our disappointment.
