They are rude now. We were coming here almost everyday the end of 2025. But the service became bad and it has only gotten worse. The attitude is so unnecessary. The rudeness is aggravating to me. But God! Let me pray for them and their pettiness.

I ordered pizza last night and it wasn’t as good as it usually is. The Honolulu Hawaiian pizza wasn’t topped as good as it should have been. The stuffed cheese bread tasted plain and no flavor at all when it used to have garlic flavor on them. I was really disappointed!

I’ve been using the app frequently for years. I have several addresses saved, so I can order for family in different places. It’s ready in a timely manner, my order is accurate, and it arrives hot and fresh! On the very rare occasion it’s late or with any other problem, they have ALWAYS been accountable.

We ordered delivery last night 1.1.25 and it took them well over an hour to get it to the house. When tracking the driver (as the app allows you to do), it showed him at the same location for 30 minutes, which was an apartment complex. We kept waiting to see when he was going to leave that location and after waiting the 30 minutes we decided to call the store and ask what was going on. When calling the store a lady had answered.
“Dominos, what can I get for you” (in a very annoyed voice).
“Hey, we placed an order over an hour ago for delivery and when tracking it” (interrupted)
“I only have one driver tonight” (basically yelling at us) and hangs up on us.
I get being overwhelmed and having a busy night but that in no way justifies being disrespectful, rude, and having bad customer service. We are very understanding of having a busy night and were very nice with the 5 words we could get out. The delivery driver finally came about 20 minutes later, forgetting/leaving out part of our order. I wasn’t the one who met the delivery driver at the door so I can’t say anything on the way he acted from my point of view.

Order a pizza and they didn’t put an all my toppings made a call to find a solution because I’m 20 minutes away from the location. Manager was behaving horrible by raising her voice and the only solution was giving was to come back to get it replace while it was a fault on their side.

I placed an order and it says it was delivered but I didn’t get any notice on my ring camera. I came outside and I didn’t see any car. I called Domino’s and was told that no one answered the door when they delivered my pizza but that was a Lie because I looked at my ring camera and no one was there when my pizza said it was delivered. I was told by an employee that they told the driver to turn around and leave my food at the door, but because of a dog in a GATE next door, they decided not to deliver my food and cancel my order. I don’t know what happen but I will not order from this location again.
