This place really don’t care. The guy said he forgot to put my ham and Philly meat on my pizza before putting it in the oven, so he warmed it up and poured it on afterwards while it was in the pizza box. I asked the lady was that normal and she said it was. After I questioned it some more, she said she was “new” and didn’t know. No apology or compensation. This place is probably the worse dominos ever.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Pies are always prepared properly. Today they were extremely slow preparing my order. After arriving for pickup, I found out for whatever reason, one kid (Joseph) had been holding down the fort by himself. He calmly and respectfully apologized for my wait. If managers are reading this review, Joseph and the girl with him are doing a great job, given what they have to deal with. Do something nice for them. They deserve it.

The staff here is the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. They were verbally harassing us after they messed up our order and we asked them to remake one of the pizzas. We drove all the way back to the store because we didn’t get the meat pizza at all. This was your mistake. We were not rude or demanding. A simple apology and correction was all that was necessary. The photos are on my brother in laws phone but would be happy to share if an owner or corporate would like to reach out for the whole story. We will be calling in the morning to make a formal complaint against the employee and the manager on duty tonight.

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago, I called an hour ago and they said they had to wait because it only had one driver. It has been 2 hours and I’ve called and they said my pizzas are in the warmer and they’re waiting for a driver to come and get them to deliver!!!! They are planning to deliver me two pizzas that’s been sitting in the warmer for 2 hours, and they think this is okay!!!!!
15 minutes after this post the manager decided to call me and tell me that I was outside of their delivery area and that I would be getting a refund. This is a place I’ve been ordering pizzas at for last 6 months and never had any issues until today.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich. While the sandwich was OK, both pizzas had about half of the toppings that they normally put on them. The website would not let me report an issue so I called the store. When the manager finally answered, he was very rude. He didn’t even introduce himself. He just asked “What’s the issue?” in a rude tone. I told him he should treat his customers better, and he just hung up the phone. We have been ordering from this store for 4 years, and it has gone steadily downhill. It has reached the point that the convenience is not worth the angst. I see many recent reviews reflect my thoughts as well. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS STORE–YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I’m usually not that person to make complaints about food, but whoever the franchise owner is needs to talk to their employees about this:
I ordered a MeatZza, which is my usual Uber Eats order from Dominos, and the pic below is what I was delivered. I have NEVER seen such a “cheeseless” pizza in my life. I was not happy having to go back myself, not even be acknowledged when I walked inside, and request a remake only to be told by one of the staff members that this was the standard amount of cheese that goes on a specialty pizza after he barely even looked at the pizza. I straight up told the worker that there’s no way given that I’ve ordered multiple times through Uber Eats, always have the same exact order, and this is the one order where you can clearly see straight through to the crust on EVERY single slice. The story then quickly changed to “Oh they forgot the provolone”. I was shocked that they even cared to remake it given how nonchalant the staff was. I’m not asking for much, but at least remember the cheese Domino’s…specialty pizza or not.

We order from this location regularly. Their food is consistent, fresh, and always cooked well. Delivery times can vary depending on how busy they are, but their drivers are great.

Pizzas have gotten much better, but they need to be taught how to properly sauce wings because this is simply ridiculous.
I’ve called about it last time and tried again this time assuming it was just a fluke but here they are again, looking like they drizzled the sauce across the top out of the bottle while the wings were already in the box……

Update: Said I would never order from them again but did today 11/23/2022. Pizza ordered at 7:45 done and out of the oven at 8:11 and delivered at 9:16. Again, I’m not sure of the problem but it doesn’t matter. Don’t order from them. Trust me, you will be disappointed. I feel bad for the owner and the people who work there. Going to be an even longer time again before getting dominoes. Horrible!

The person on the phone said she would tell the manager. Manager came on and basically accused me of not telling the truth because they weigh the cheese. Well look at the photos. Anyone think those look like the extra cheese from the dominoes website? That’s because they made a mistake but chose not to own it. And arguing with one of your loyal customers is not good customer service. Dominoes was a good company once. Now it’s an average pizza company with good media marketing. Not again for a long time.
