I had not ordered Domino’s in a long time, and both the pizza and wings were as I remembered, delicious. Our order was ready when promised, which was amazing since there was only one person in the place. Do better with staffing @Dominos. I felt sorry for her as I watched her run around. She deserves a bonus.

Worst every time.. ordered online.. they call and say they don’t have enough drivers for the night.. I say it’s fine.. it’s 4 mins away..just give me a call.. I never got a call.. so I roll up there.. they say we’re closed.. I see My food sitting on the rack with the rest.. I let her know.. she asks me what I ordered.. I tell her.. and point. She goes to the rack and verifies.. then says we’ll we are closed.. u have to come back tomorrow.. I said huh? My food is right there.. I brought the money and u all never called.. all this after you were making me pick up my own delivery order..? She says. Well we are closed you can come back tomorrow.. the other guy stands there shrugging.. almost like.. this is stupid but she says we’re closed.. I get in my car.. then through the window see her pack up my food and the rest on the rack and take it in her car as she leaves to go home.. this place gets worse and worse by the day..

Update. I was never charged. I spoke with the hotel staff about it and they said this Dominoes doesn’t deliver after 10pm. I received a really nice message from corporate. I was starving but appreciate the apology. Just be warned of delivery times here.

I ordered lunch from this location on June 20th. I was staying at a hotel a few blocks away. After waiting waiting over 40 minutes (my email said 16-26 minutes for delivery), I called. The woman that answered the phone could not have cared less. She told me the driver had been gone for 20 minutes, and should be there. I called back right at an hour after I had ordered. Same lady answered, and still didn’t care. She calls the driver from her cell phone, with it on speaker, while I am still on the phone. The driver was like, “so, I need to deliver that order, first?” A few minutes later, my soggy, cold pizza and soggy tots, arrived. Not once did the driver apologize for the wait.

Man my order was horrible. I was gonna try to eat it but the order was so horrible. The pizza was so thin that it tore and had a hole in it. They didn’t even cut the pizza. They gave very little toppings. Last the wings were horrible. They literally just poured a lot of sauce all over the wings.

Constantly out of stuff and doesn’t update website. Food will show “in the oven” and then will be cancelled. Not sure how the tracker is “real time” like they advertise. Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone if they even answer. Doesn’t deliver to areas within a mile of store for no reason. Drive thru window always closed. If you can actually get an order placed, food is never made properly. Always missing ingredients, barely covered in sauce or cheese. Staff is rude, will ignore you when you come in and not make eye contact and just leave you standing there. Store doesn’t accept nationally advertised coupons. Owner gives the same response on every review for over a year and clearly no improvements have been made as they all say the same thing. Instead of giving a fake apology that amounts to nothing, get your store under control! You should not be taking peoples money if you are incapable of providing the service they are paying for.

placed my order at 9:10pm and after an hour and a half of waiting, called to try and see what was going on with my order. Was on hold for 30 minutes, just to be told that it hadn’t been made yet and that deliveries stopped at 11:30. I’m curious as to what they would’ve done if I hadn’t called and told them to cancel it and refund me. gonna take up to three days to get my money back, which just feels like this place is stealing from me.. yall need some new management frrrr. tf

I’m trying call the store to get a replacement pizza on my account on June 15, 2023. I been on hold for over 26 minutes waiting to get someone on the phone to get my replacement pizza. I just gave up and hung up. You all need to get more people. This is not great customer service.

Absolutely worthless domino’s location. Delivery orders will only arrive about half of the time. Was told there was a two hour wait after calling the store an hour after the original order was placed today. Not worth the trouble just order elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza and it took 1 hrs 40 mins to get. Understanding staffing this day and time we brushed it off. Opened the pizzas and not only were they cold, one pizza wasn’t even the right one. Currently waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one is answering after 25 mins of being on hold. This is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever dealt with. We will never order from this place again.
