TO MANAGER CANDACE
EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
i ordered delivery before 2pm yesterday & according to the website, came out to be checked at 2:17 … well at 2:30 i noticed my order was still “being checked” so i called .. no answer, i called & called & called , nothing ! finally got in the car to head to the store, called again & someone finally answered .. after her poor attitude, i asked for the manager who then said “your order hasn’t been waiting that long, i’m training people” & hung up in my face !! i arrived at the store & she immediately asked if i was ____ (said my address) & im like yes did you just hang up on me, she proceeded to say yes & that’s she was on the phone with her manager — i asked for THAT managers name & never received it . the entire time, there was supposedly another manager there named Jami who told me to look online for their information . i immediately looked online, handed him the phone, & STILL DONT HAVE A NAME for my report to corporate .
mind you, when i walked in the store its about 7 people in there ALL JUST WATCHING THE PHONE RING …nobody greeted me or the lady that walked in behind me —

Cat approved!!! I have not been a fan of Domino’s for many, many years. My wife, on the other hand, loves it. We decided to give this location a shot after seeing most of the reviews were a 50/50 chance. I happened to get lucky. I’d say I live remotely close to this location, so I went in to pick up my pizzas. The woman at the register who got my order was very nice, and I even checked to make sure my order was correct before I left. I’ll definitely be back for sure if this is what to expect every time I order from here. I do feel sorry for those who didn’t have such a pleasant experience and aren’t planning on eating from here again. I ordered online using a coupon getting 3 large pizzas with 2 toppings for just $11.99 a piece. Some of the tastiest pizza I’ve had from any Domino’s, I’d say take the chance if you haven’t been, you might be surprised.

It wouldnt let me rate it no stars or i would!!! Absolutely horrible, we live 7 mins away but I dont have a car atm, ordered delivery after and hour and a half i call bc the tracker says its been delivered (it wasnt) they tell me they havnt even made it but will remake it… my husband just goes in bc again we are 7 mins away and hes home from work now they made our pizza… or maybe a 2 year old did bc it was Absolutely terrible looking. Come to find out she left with the pizza,, drove around, went back to the store and just left our pizzas out. My 14 or 16 pcs wings only had 8 left.. so after 2 hours of waiting they gave us the pizza they had drove around with and left out .. thats for the almost 70$ trash guys,,, we dont get to eat out much bc money is always tight this was a treat for my kids, pizza and a movie. That was ruined by everyone in that store, maybe find easier jobs bc ur not fit for even making pizza.

Pick up window: Order is usually on time, correct, and the employee at the window has always been nice. One of the better chain pizza places. Would recommend for quick, easy pizza.

Spent 40$ including tip for 2 large Brooklyn style pepperoni pizzas, the slices literally are smaller than my hand. Called them up manager wouldn’t speak to me at first and demanded I bring the pizza back to them after paying delivery while other domino locations if I had an issue I can submit pictures and they would compensate the issue accordingly. 10/10 would not order from again and get disrespected by the manager that kept insisting I drive to them and I was interrupting her. She said “our delivery drivers don’t deliver remade pizzas” I responded “last time this happened I was able to get a credit” then she would raise her voice saying “stop interrupting me sir stop interrupting.” She paused like she finished her sentence and I responded with information of my previous experience with dominos that was good and she just got irate. Never ordering from this location again. I just wanted what I paid for and not have to spend gas after paying for their gas.

I’m extremely disappointed with my delivery order. It was not baked to a bubbly perfection. I ordered a spinach and feta pizza with extra cheese and a few additional toppings. I also requested garlic Parmesan sauce. After the pizza was delivered, I opened it and it was dry with no sauce and hardly in cheese. I have been on hold for an hour and still counting. The owners and management need to step it up. In the meantime, I will not be ordering from this store again and will definitely make it known.

My mom ordered from here and I was worried cause of past experiences. I originally would say this was the worst Domino’s location in Huntsville. However, something has changed and definitely for the better. Now I’d say it’s the best location food and cleanliness wise. Don’t get me wrong you could cut the tension in there with a knife. I walked in to straight silence and no greeting but hey we paid for pizza not a smile. I can get over the customer service if the food we paid for is fresh, doesn’t make us sick, and tastes good. I will definitely order from here again. Way to redeem this location!

The 1st time my food was delivered to the wrong apartment. It was replaced. I decided to order again from this location. I ordered $98 dollars worth of food and did not receive any of it. This location is the worst. To only find out it was canceled without a call. I have called this store 5 times with no answer from a team member. I have been waiting for hours to feed my children. I will not be using this location ever again.

Ordered two pizzas two pasta bowls cheesy bread for delivery tonight around 5pm estimated delivery 38-44 minutes ok we live four minutes from the stunt it is Friday no rush. Then 630 comes I’m outside waiting at this point and the driver tries to deliver to the wrong place. Then get missing order only one pasta then the other pasta is missing the actual pasta in the past bowl. To top it off the cheesy bread is just raw. Now been on hold for the last 15 minutes to the store no one has answered yet

The app tells you 15 to 20 minutes. I wasted my gas to go to the store & the person at the window tells me it will be an hour. Cancel that!
Tired again yesterday. Pizza said it was ready while I was in line with three cars ahead of me. Pizza was cold,burnt,toppings looked like they was dumped on top after they got out of the oven. Wings was chewy. Woke up throwing up & stomach upset after attempting to eat some of it bc I hadn’t ate all day. Wasted $28. Never again. And this person that replied here never made anything rite. New staff needed in this place.
