I’ve been ordering from this dominos for a very long time and most of the time its amazing. I ordered chicken Alfredo bowls today and got 2 bowls 1 inwhich half the bottom of the bowl was showing with a plash of Alfredo and very very little chicken. Called them, they said they would remake them. Went down there and they said this was exactly how much pasta is suppose to come in the bowl 5.4 Oz of noodle to be exact. He said the store hasn’t been ran right, that they are trying to make things right for the company, all while some of the other coworkers in the back ground talking about the situation. I understand turning a company around completely but ripping your customers off with dry noodles, very little chicken and 35% of the bottom of the bowl showing for 7 dollars?
Unacceptable for the amount of money that we now, use to spent with domino’s.

I just don’t understand why y’all would send food out looking like this. If I would’ve checked when I was in the store I would’ve had them remake it. It was very dry… cheese & sauce missing looking like it was wiped off or something????
There is no customer service there. It is blank stares and silence. I don’t expect people to be bubbly, but acknowledgement would be nice. Could just be low employee morale though.

Wow, these reviews are harsh! I guess I’m a lucky one then cause I’ve never had a bad experience here. We order once a month, usually and last time before tonight was after the Iron Bowl and I had accidentally marked two sauces on the pizza in app and they called me to see if I meant to do that and also refunded the difference that I wouldn’t have even known the cost was higher had they not told me. Only a few dollars but I applaud their honesty. Tonight we ordered wings, 2 pizzas, got a cheesy bread reward, we were missing 3 wings, I call and they offer to remake them or just add credit to my account. I think they are very professional. Their pizzas, wings, cheesy bread and sandwiches are always hot & delicious for us. I might not have any luck at scratch off tickets or the lottery but I definitely win when it comes to customer service and quality of food at dominos!!! Thank you Jeff Rd!! Keep up the excellent job yall do!!!

Mitchel was awesome! They were out of dr pepper but the system allowed the purchase so they just threw in a Coke and I would’ve taken the Coke but when I mentioned it he said here I’ll be right back I’ll make it right.
A little later he knocks on the door with a Dr pepper and turns out he went all the way to university drive since they were out at Jeff rd just to get me a Dr pepper
Corporation is meh idc but man… people like Mitchel make the world turn. What a great guy. 10/10. Wish I was friends with Mitchel. Everyone needs a Mitchel in their life.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and parmesan bread bites. Gave the pizza 3 stars because it was hit or miss with the cheese AND the pepperoni. See red areas on pizza where cheese is missing and the slices with areas missing pepperoni in picture. I gave the service 3 stars as well because you know whoever put it in the oven and or in the box saw it and still boxed it up and sold it that way.

So this place used to be great but my last 2 delivery orders have been horrible. The first one I ordered on a Saturday during the beginning of football season they were extremely busy so I understand it took two hours for the oder to be out for delivery. Next thing I know the order shows complete and no one has knocked on my door or called or anything. I called the store and was told the manager would call me back. So I went to the store myself and told the manager what happened and there was my order still sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. They returned my tip and delivery fee and remade more order. All good. Tonight I ordered again this is over a month later and the same thing almost 2 hours before I get my food dropped at the door a small knock and no one there. I get my food. One pizza is made wrong and the food is cold. I should have known better but ill never order from Jeff Rd again.

Ordered in app and my order said it was out of the oven when I came to pick it up 10 minutes after that I was told it was currently being made. I used to work at dominos so I know how it works, my order was cleared from the screen to keep “times down” there is no reason a pickup order should take 30 minutes to make when my 1 topping time was 45 seconds plus 7 in the oven. Ridiculous and rude employees, do better .

I swear this time I’M DONE! Never again will I order from this place. Placed an order for 3 pizzas. An hour later it hadn’t even been started. I called the store to request my order be canceled. I was still on hold 15 minutes later when I arrived at the store to request a cancelation in person. There were unhappy people everywhere waiting on their pizzas. They say they canceled my order. Will see if the refund shows up. The pictures of burnt pizzas are from a previous unsatisfactory order experience.

We waited 3 hours for our pizza before driving to this location. Upon arriving they said the driver would bring it back. Sat and waited. It ended up being delivered at the house after being in the driver’s car more than 2 hours and was cold. They offered to make a new one. Waited. Manager came out and asked if needed something and could they remake the order. Said they were already doing it. Turned out nobody was. Finally just left and went home to expensive cold very late dinner. No refund. No replacement. Terrible, terrible customer service.
