I’m only writing a review on the condition of my lava cakes. The pizza was fine, but my lava cakes looked they were smashed or dropped. The quality person was either off their game or the delivery was a rough ride. I’ve never had them look like this before. I’m almost afraid to eat them because I don’t know what happened to them.

Don’t let the low “atmosphere” rating fool you. This is a drive thru and delivery focused location primarily, and they get that right. Food is good and service is usually acceptable, which is all I ask of a drive thru pizza location.

Dominoes off of Bailey COVE RD has a driver by the name of : MATT he pulled up with my pizzas etc and started cursing me out from him not knowing where my apartment was & was turning look like a beer up coming upon my apartment ! Pizza was the best ever tonight and we order often! Loved the Cinnamon Twists too! Everything was made with a generous amount of ingredients and the entire order was hot and delicious.

I gave Domino’s Pizza a second chance today, after the new owners were kind enough to send me a gift certificate. The staff was super friendly and the pizza and chicken ordered was excellent. I will order my pizza there now and then in the future, even if I think the price could still be worked on.

Honestly, my only complaint is that I tried to call them after I ordered and picked it up and ate it I tried to call them to let them know how fantastic of a job they always do! But I couldn’t get on the phone with them because they wouldn’t answer the phone, I finally got past the AI and allowed to talk to them in person. This is by far the best Domino’s Pizza location I have ever been to! They have always made my orders perfectly right and for some reason the pizzas always look so much better. They’re more uniform, the toppings are evenly placed and it is cooked without being burned or undercooked. Seriously, I can also order from my house on my phone and then leave my house and start driving and by the time I get there it’s done and ready to pick up and I don’t live that far. Far I live on Bailey cove road so yes this place is amazing! I wanted to call and let the entire team know because I know that people usually only call to complain, I wanted to give you guys some good feedback.

I’ve been ordering Domino’s Pizza for many years now, and I’ve gotten to know my local store fairly well. Here are a few pointers:
1.) If they don’t answer the phone, they are too busy with customers in the store and making orders. Calling before 4:00 P.M. is recommended. You can place your order to have it delivered later that day.
2.) All orders are custom orders and made fresh 10-15 min. before they’re supposed to be ready. If your order is not ready at the scheduled time, their oven must be backed up. So, your order may take a few minutes more.
2.) Their best deals are online or placed on their app.
3.) Always tip your driver! Delivery drivers spend their own money on gas and maintenance. They do not get any of the store’s delivery fee.

The food is usually good, but the staff seems overtired and uninterested in helping. They consistently ignore the drive up window on purpose and the store does not have any paper products, including napkins. These observations were made over multiple visits.
