So we ordered 2 med pizzas and 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches. The meat from both sandwiches combined wasn’t even enough for 1 sandwich. I wouldn’t be so bothered if we had been made aware when we placed the online order or even when I came to pick it up and they hadn’t even been started making it yet. The girl that told me she would expedite my order seeing how it had been almost an hour since we placed the order could’ve mentioned it or offered to make a different sandwich. Instead of passing these meatless sandwiches off to us. We paid over $30 dollars for our order and got $15 worth of food. I was an assistant manager at dominos and this is just BAD service and product. The franchisee or corporate needs to address the service at the Meridianville Alabama location. We will not be back. I’d rather give my money to Little Caesars and drive all the way to Huntsville to get it.

I will never in my life order here again. Still never received my order. Placed my order over an hour ago. It says 18 to 28 minutes Delivery. Have not heard from the store. Cannot get a hold of the store. Have not received my food and it’s been over an hour. It says it’s been out of the oven for over a hour now on the app. I am going to order from Papa Johns now. Ordered several pizzas for a get together with friends. The app stated 18-20 minutes to arrive at the hotspot. Waited an hour. Called and got immediately hung up on. Called again no answer. Drove 20 minutes to Dominos. At first they ignored me inside. Then one of the employees came to the drive up window and told me the pizza was out for delivery. I drove back to the hot spot. Waited an hour. No one showed. Went to Wendy’s and loaded up on hamburgers. Had to go back to Dominoes to get a refund the next day. They said my order was cancelled and would get back with me. I don’t expect anybody will. Never again.

Who makes a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and doesn’t put a drop of ranch on it? Food got here cold, and there was hardly any meat or cheese on the sandwiches. Not a drop of ranch on either one. I tried to call them to get this fixed, but they had me on hold for twenty minutes. To top it off, the garlic twists came in giant balls, not normal twists. Here’s some pictures.
