Extremely poor service. The pizza I ordered wasn’t made right, so I asked for the manager. He remade it. I also told him we didn’t receive all of our parmesan bites. The girl remade them, made eye contact with me, and rolled her eyes like I was wrong. There were no apologies for my incorrect order. I do not recommend this place at all. This isn’t the only time we have gotten poorly made pizza.

We’ve attempted to order several times online and even reached out for help, but our neighborhood addresses are always directed to this specific location. Orders are accepted, then we receive a call about 30 minutes later saying delivery isn’t possible because we’re “out of zone,” despite being only a 14-minute drive away. The only other nearby location (just 12 minutes away) doesn’t offer delivery online. Wanted to give others in the Athens area a heads-up before they run into the same issue.

This dominos is actually comical. I order a pizza with extra cheese, they give me a dry pizza with very little cheese so I take it back. Then I receive a pizza that isn’t cooked thoroughly? Was this an attempt to be micro aggressive because you couldn’t read a screen the first time? Do better.

The pizza was not ready for an additional 30 minutes after the app said the order was complete. They were busy, however, it seemed like they were showing the pizza was in the oven before they had prepared the pizza. I am ok with a 50 minute wait if I know it is 50 minutes versus 15 minutes like the app stated. There were lots of unhappy customers waiting for their food.

Placed an order for delivery, they left off an item. Called them and was told we had to talk to the manager, she answered the phone as “this is the manager” didn’t want to give her name. Explained an item was left off, she didn’t want to help and told us to call the corporate office. We called corporate and are waiting to hear back from the franchises owner! If you order from this dominos, order pickup not delivery! We will order from other locations, Even though this one is less then 2 miles from our house!

Spent $60 on pizzas for the kids, Went to pick up pizza, one was supposed to be meat, onion and peppers, we got a cheese pizza instead, even the wrong pizza was made like garbage, there needs to be accountability at this location and a higher standard for the work. A $4 tombstone pizza from Publix is better than what is offered at this location!

This location used to be wonderful, but unfortunately the pizzas for us on our last three visits to this Dominos location have been consistently poor.
While the staff is always friendly and service is prompt, suddenly this location has stopped putting the garlic parmesan finish on their pizzas. We’ve always been Dominos loyalists – never going to any competitor because of Dominos’ trademark garlic parmesan crust. But you can see in the photos how dry and bland the crust is. We double checked in the app to see if there was something that had changed with the pizza builds or recipe, but the app actually still has a designated area that defaults to “garlic parmesan crust.”
We can only assume this has been consistently happening on our orders from a lack of training or attention to detail. Overall it’s really unfortunate and disappointing because this is the primary competitive edge that Dominos has always had over Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and others. Here’s hoping something changes.

First off made our pizza wrong. Then told us either take this or wait fifteen to twenty minutes for another one… Was in a hurry so had no choice but to take what they made.. Then the pasta was not even a quarter of the pan.. Very disappointed.

Wow, I have never had a bad experience with this location before but this time was different. My husband picked up the food came back with it got a slice and complained about it not being cooked all the way. I took a look for myself and the “pan pizza” was uncooked and doughy. You pay extra for the pan pizza so naturally I am annoyed that this passed for edible. The wings we ordered had little to no sauce as well also not a cheap menu item. Tried to call and never got to speak to anyone. You guys are losing customers and I see no response from the establishment apologizing for these bad experiences that customers had. Customer service is a joke these days, sad that I have to find a new place for pizza now.
