Ridiculously slow. Ordered 3 pizzas. Showed up to pick up after 35 min. Had not even started the pizzas. 40 min later finally got my order. Employees moving at a snails pace. Won’t be back to this location.

I ordered these pizzas from the Glenn st store on a Saturday night around 12am, called to discuss the issue with my food, & of they didn’t answer ( they never answer the phones at this store) I finally got a manager that Monday she said she would have to talk to the general manager. Well I never heard anything back. I’ve been trying to order my replacement pizzas for a total of 4 days now. So tonight, Finally the same manager answered & I told here I was wanting to get my free order & she say well what order is that ma’am because JOSH (the general manager) told me we where NOT REPLACING your order. So, JOSH, this is what you serve your customers & you’re happy about it?!!!!!!!!

The pizza is better quality than your typical Domino’s, but you’ll almost certainly run into service issues. My last few visits have had wait times ranging from 20 minutes to an hour after the latest expected time upon order.

September 3rd 2023. Blane (spell check) absolutely gave us the most perfect customer service at Glenn St Domino’s. The system wasn’t letting us get our free pizza and the management of that store corrected it and they were amazing to deal with. From the worker’s to management they all were easy going and the pizza was cooked like a commercial. Thank guys for the OUTSTANDING customer service.

I went there to order two pizzas because I could not call in the order and I don’t do their app. And they only have two people working and the girl said it would take a hour to an hour and half before they would be ready. So I just walked right out of dominos and won’t be back…

Want that 5 star. For me I just don’t like being put on hold . I was sitting in the parking lot & called my order in. Well no one was there to require me to be on hold for 20 min. .no one was on the other line . They were outside smoking . One was inside doing something else .

Food is adequate although the pizza is a bit dry. However the wait time is attrocious.
I ordered through the app. Prior to submitting my order it said 21-22mins. Immediately upon completing the order the timer jumped to 33-43 mins…. where it sat for 1 hr until I tried calling the store. Where magically my order was now in the oven after being on hold for a min or two. My order was marked as complete. I arrived and followed the in app instructions for curbside pickup. After 7 or 8 mins I decided to go inside where it took another 5 mins before anyone spoke to me.
Please, someone slap the phone out of my hands the next time I try and order from here.
Either management, the app, or some combination needs some severe improvement.

Placed order at about 4:45 PM. Was told it’d be a 20 to 30 minute wait. Waited 30 minutes outside. Went inside. Didn’t get my food till about 6:00 PM. Still paid full price for my 2 medium pizzas and order of crunch cakes.
Be better.
