When using the app to order pizzas, the estimated delivery time showed 28 minutes. I ordered at 5:58pm. Based on the app, I should have had time to receive and eat pizza before leaving for an appointment at 730pm. At 7:05, I called the store because my tracker showed “quality check” beginning at 6:15.
The staff member was curt and told me that the time on the app is not accurate. If so, then why put a time on the app since I am sure that I am not the only one who bases online ordering based on delivery estimates.
He assured me that the driver was walking out with my pizza right then and coming directly to us.
The pizzas did come in about 10 minutes. They were cold and stale. A “thin crispy crust” does not hold up reheated in the microwave. So gross.
This has happened about the last 4-5 times we have tried this location. We are done with them. Poor quality, poor service.
I will drive to another location to pick it up if I want another pizza from Dominos.

I ordered from the Domino’s app and paid cash on pick up. The pizza was not at all matching the standards. The edge were dry (were no garlic butter sauce on the edge) the middle part of the pizza was so thin, it looked like all the dough was spreaded on the edge. Not just that pizza was not even cut properly. The QT $10 pizza would be way better than this one. Why would I order from Domino’s if I only end up getting worst pizza??
Because we were traveling, we couldn’t go back to the store so I tried to complain from the app, but he canceled the order. It keep saying “report after receiving the order.” The pizza money, he kept it all in his pocket and canceled the order.

My sauces were not included with my order. They told me they do not give refunds for sauces. That makes zero sense and it’s theft. It’s not even about the money..it’s the principle!

Been ordering from this location now for about 6yrs. Food and services have gotten so bad over the past couple months that make me want to go pizza hut or popa John’s. Srnt a message to the manager on my last order telling him how bad he’s gotten. His response was that I should never attempt to order from hos store again that I’ve been red flagged. No worries I’ll take my business elsewhere. Maybe it’s time to put a new team in this store. This one has gone to crap.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for 8 years, pizza is always baked with the wrong toppings. Today I got a delivery and they put ham instead of pepperoni, they told me I had to bring it back to get the right pizza.There was a reason I ordered delivery as I could not leave work. So I always get my pizza square cut and the receipts always say SQ CT on them and almost (90% of the time) they screw it up and pizza slice cut it! Usually I catch it when I pickup the pizza but this time I didn’t check until I got home. They pizza slice cut it and then realized it was supposed to be square cut and then square cut it too! This damn thing is a jigsaw puzzle cut pizza!!!!! Is it so damn hard to read the screen or printed order receipt? Ok they responded, does the picture of the receipt no so in bold print SQCT? Microscopic? No the same size font! I have seen the receipts hanging in front of the person that takes it out of the oven and cuts it

A Domino’s at a gas station?!! YES!! I visited the Skyland Domino’s 8/9/2025 and was greeted by great staff; I was a little embarrassed because I forgot to hit “payment” on my order; thus there was no order but they were great!! They said it would be 45 minutes for my pizza but it was much less (very busy Saturday night). Everyone was super busy and super nice!! If you’re a Domino’s fan don’t miss this store!!

Would have given 0 star if possible. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for years! The food has been slacking for a while, however I’ve let it go, but this is ENOUGH! So here it goes…I ordered the philley cheesstake with extra steak and extra provolone. This is what I got! Definitely no extra steak or cheese that I paid for AND missing half the bread!
