Whatever is going on at this location… it is *NOT* working.
We’ve eat here for well over a decade, and as with any restaurant, some visits have certainly been better than others. That’s alright and just life.
But over the last couple months, every experience we’ve tried has been nothing short of a disaster.
This last visit, the few pizzas we got were nothing short of inedible. Completely burned to a crisp and entirely ruined. – After driving 10 miles BACK to the store with the ruined pies, I was told I couldn’t even get my money back because ‘the manager wasn’t in’.
Instead, I was told they could put a 20 dollar credit on our account and it would show up on our online account in the event we wanted to place a second order later. However, there has been NO such credit applied anywhere on our account.
Also, if you call customer service to be transferred to the store to at least ask about it…after the transfer, the line is immediately disconnected as if you’re being hung up on.
Avoid this place like the plague. They will take your money and literally not give you anything to show for it.

Came into the store to place an order and while I was waiting to be helped I saw a gray shirt employee with short dark hair just sneeze directly onto a black box pizza he just pulled out the oven. Safe to say never coming back and I hope everyone sees this review.

This is by far the worst dominos location my pizza was barely cooked. I couldn’t leave feedback in the app. They completed my order so I sat with my hazards on and still had to go inside when I selected car side delivery. It was soggy and inedible. Steer far. Away from this location if you can.

The place is pretty mediocre like everything in Tuscaloosa, been coming a few times and is always a hit or miss. The pizza never comes out the same way (even though I always order the same thing) which is super annoying. The last pizza I got was not even fully done and was super soggy, it feels like they put a whole jar of sauce on the pizza, it was pretty disgusting. I didn’t even get to finish it at how nasty it was. My visit was on 08/10/2024 9:45 PM (Probably never coming back, I don’t wanna throw my money away. Stay away from this place!).

Well- it was Friday the 23rd and headed home for Christmas. Me and 9yo needed food. They added 20 minutes to the delivery time twice taking well over an hour. Pizza was burned and cold. When I tried to call, it took me through the prompts then just loud static. Side note- they forgot all 4 dipping sauces

Colt is the best, most awesome person who has ever delivered pizza to me in my entire life. I didn’t have cash for a tip and obviously forgot to add it when I made my order. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location! But this. is the Second order in a roll that delivery has not gotten to me and I’d have to call in to the rudest people you can imagine. I’ve bee getting delivery from them here for over two years! But the last two I have to call for them to tell me they didn’t have the right home number! And they didn’t have my cell phone number? I’ve ordered through their app ! It has all of this on the app and website. I mean if you gonna mess up and then blame the customer!! Today is last order from here.

We’ve always had a good experience with Dominos has always been good but this one busted big time. Late and cold. This Dominos needs to have a management review. The person who answered the phone gave out a lame excuse as to the downfall in service. (We’re busy. Yeah, news alert, Fridays are busy. ) They are located 10 minutes from us so a cold pizza is not something that should happen.
