I have no idea what happened here. I used to order here all the time and they were lightning fast, kind, and tastes great. Last night I tried to order and figured it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, so got there around 45 minutes after I placed an order. They were slammed, 10+ people all waiting, and you could tell they were impatient. I went up to the counter to ask when my order would be ready, they said they don’t know and to check the board. The board didn’t have my name on it. They then said that means it’d be at least 30 minutes. Okay, I’ll just cancel my order then. Got a ton of attitude about how many orders they have and how understaffed they are, and look, I get it, that’s stressful, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to yell and be rude to your customers. There’s not a lot of other options around here for pizza, but I’ll get a frozen pizza from Publix and cook it myself before enabling that type of behavior from staff at a restaurant again.

We order a large pepperoni pizza from this location. Got home and luckily only 5 minutes away and instead of a full large pepperoni pizza it was a half eaten pizza with only 4 slices.

I ordered a pizza tonight for the Alabama/South Florida football game. Now, I am at a different location tonight and not ordering from my house, which is usually where I order from, but I’m on a pet sitting job, hence difference in location, maybe? I don’t know. Anyway, it was literally the BEST most delicious pizza I’ve EVER had from Domino’s! It was perfect, and I was so happy and excited to keep on eating it. Lol, and luckily, it was all for me. Lol always loves being able to give POSITIVE reviews. Thank you, DOMINO’S!! I’m happily satisfied! My night is complete & I’m one happy camper! Great pizza, football, drinks, and the cutest dog/client EVER! ROLL TIDE!!! ♥️

I wish they had a zero star. I ordered a pizza from Domino’s in Liberty Park. This is what they sent me. So I called and spoke to the manager name Lanae. She told me that this is the way Domino’s Pizza make their thin crust. Now I order the thin crust all the time and I’ve NEVER received anything like this. So she made me another pizza. She called to tell me that she made it so I can eat it. She informed me that she cut all of the edges off because it was burned also. When the delivery driver brought the pizza I opened it and this is what I received for the 2nd time. I called Lanae again she told me she gave me what I asked for. She began to scream at me and hung up in my face. Domino’s Pizza what kind of establishment are you running? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Never go by what the app says for a delivery time. It’s typically at least 30 minutes late and I have had an order be as much as an hour and 40 minutes past the stated delivery time. The workers are usually rude when you call to question where the order is and they complain about being understaffed and not having enough drivers.

This location deserves high praises. I drove just a little further out today (sunday) to give Domino’s a chance again because I do love their thin crust, and the one we frequent (only because it’s closer) on Montclair has been disappointing in more ways than one. My thoughts on this branch in Liberty Park? Both pizzas were prepared on time, cooked right – toppings were fresh and evenly distributed, the service was great and the store was clean. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Seemed to have good camaraderie amongst the three associates who were there. Pizzas hit the spot. Thank you!
