Delivered 12:32am.
When the delivery driver showed up, after getting lost on the way and calling for help to find the hotel, he said “lotta orders and a concert” when I asked why it took an HOUR AND A HALF to receive our food from 1 mile away.
No apology. No offer to soothe. Acted like I was rude for asking why it took an HOUR & A HALF.
We will choose another option moving forward.

I had an issue with my order, bit the manager resolved it. I was pretty sure i didn’t receive a phone call, but that was neither here nor there. I am glad I got my food, even if it did end up being later than planned.

We had just left the hospital and wanted to grab something to eat before making the two-hour drive home. My boys immediately asked for pizza, and this location was only a few minutes away, so I ordered ahead. The pizza was surprisingly hot and fresh when we arrived. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, but overall we enjoyed the food — and that’s what mattered most for us.

This is my first time at this location, the employees are very professional, nice and courteous. The food was amazing, although the bread bites, very delicious, could be a little bigger. The ones I got were between 1 inch to 1/2 an inch.

This *used to be* a decent store, that is no longer the case. I ordered last week on my birthday and the pizza was so saturated in oil that it soaked through the box and left grease on the floor of my car. It was supposed to be well done but it was not.
When I retrieved my order, I’d forgotten about having paid online and stood at the counter with my card for a second – the female employee with a long ponytail just stared at me without saying Thanks or Enjoy, then she finally told me I’d paid online. She could have been kind but she wanted to be rude and condescending so she was. Horrible customer service!
Did I mention it was my birthday? Just all around disappointment. I actually had to put the pizza in my air fryer and blot it with paper towels, and it still wasn’t good! I had been craving a good pan pizza. Later in the week I ordered from a competitor (PH), and that experience was far better in every way. Done with this place forever.

The delivery driver had a great personality but food was the worst I’ve experienced. The cheese dip had a weird smell to it. The pizza was thrown together and box was smashed into the pizza. Chicken was dry and hard.
