Pizza was dry and over cooked. Also had 2 inches of crust. Parmesan bites for dry and no flavor. Paid $58 for pizza that’s going in the trash. They weren’t even busy and there was eight people there standing around and playing on their phones. The older man that was checking people out was even vaping in the store. Terrible food. Can’t even believe they would give this quality of pizza to anyone.

These people mess up so much on orders that every time you ask them to fix there mistakes they accuse you of trying to get free food. So you send pics with proof. Has happened to me over 10+ times in 3 months. Dawson is the owner, and I hope he gets this place under control. I was at this location store #5316 on May 7th at 4:48 pm. I picked my food up and it was messed up no sauce on the wings and now cold food due to me returning to the store. I spoke with Jacob and he advised me he was the manger and he WILL NOT give me a refund. He also told me to call my bank if I want my money back. Jacob put his hands in my food to prove that it wasn’t messed up. He had the nastiest attitude and was very rude. It was another employee by the name of Chance he was very respectful and apologized for how rude Jacob was. I will NEVER return to this location again and I will speak with corporate ASAP. Jacob also told me he would call the police on me if I continued talking to him. He should be trained on respect and customer service. I also asked him to remake the food and he told me that’s not their policy to remake food. I attached 1 pictures as an example of the buffalo wings that had little to no sauce.

Quality of food is Terrible, I even called to make sure they put garlic on the crust and half the pizza’s crust didn’t have it on it. The pizza had over 4 air bubbles, not much cheese to cover the sauce and crust. Food was a little warm not hot when it arrived. Would call to complain but it seems superfluous. You would be better off ordering at Little Caesars…

I paid for extra green peppers but didn’t get hardly any on some pieces. I talked to a manager. I think his name was Thomas. He said the pizza was made to corporate standard. I showed him the pieces with NO green peppers. He just kept saying it was made to corporate standards. SMH.

Ordered 3 pizzas, Parmesan bites and cheesy bread. Not any of the 3 pizzas were worth eating. Cold. Pineapple on 1 was ruined. Tasted very bad.
Black olives on another pizza were so tough they couldn’t be eaten. Just poor poor quality. Domino’s used to rule the pizza crowd. It’s went WAY DOWNHILL. The last 2 orders have been thrown out. 40.00 wasted.
