I am watching these workers hustle so fast while trying to make all these orders. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a better team at a pizza place. These people are working fast and non stop. It’s honestly amazing. Great attitudes while doing it also.

This location is always under staffed and an hour or more wait on orders. If you happen to order online the time in which your pizza would be ready it no where near accurate. Then your food will sit on the shelves and usually be cold when it is passed out.
We will not use this location any more. Marcos pizza down the road has more reasonable wait times.

Ordered delivery. The tracker showed 31 minutes. After a little over an hour I called the store and was told it was remade because it went to a different address and they were waiting on a driver. After another 45 minutes I called to have my money credited back to my account because there was still no pizza. I heard the lady tell someone to hold on as she refunded my money. Apparently it was whoever was about to deliver my food, 2 hours later. This place is horrible.

I placed and order today. The order was prepared by and dispatched to ( Marshall ) the driver for delivery. I noticed the order was incomplete and contacted the store. They said we apologies and will credit you or make and send it back out. I agreed to remake, because it was the reason for soliciting services. After and hour with no contact, I once again contacted the store. The manager ( Ray ) the manager said he canceled it because, the driver stated that deliver the missing item from the order. He was being recorded.

Was just driving near creekwood lane and there was a domino car infront of me, driving 20 in a 35 the whole time. Finally they decide to speed up and then SLAM on their breaks, after slamming on their breaks they decide to turn their blinker on… Almost causing the car behind me to tap my rear. I honk my horn because they could have caused a reck, they then decide to flip me of… Not very kind.

I had a coupon for 2 large with 2 toppings for 5.99. I went in because my daughter only wants cheese so I wanted to see if I could get the other 2 toppings on this pizza. Worker said I had to order online. I ordered double sausage but she wouldn’t let me have the other 2 toppings and this is the double sausage. My son already ate a lot of it. I didn’t look when I picked it up. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be back to this location. That piece on the bottom has a piece and half of sausage on it. Double sausage!?!?

We live outside of the delivery area for this store. We ordered the pizza for pickup. When we arrived home, we found the two pizza’s that we ordered had uncooked dough in the center. The pepperoni had only three pieces of pepperoni. When we called the store, they made no effort to refund or credit.

If you’re going to place a curbside order make sure you park right in front of the store not in a parking space. They will not come to your car and then when you finally give up and go inside they will be extremely rude to you. Won’t be going through that again. Hopefully I can save someone else the trouble!
