Unbelievably terrible service. This has been least the 10th cold pizza since ordering from here, so not our first rodeo. They are SLOW! They send out deliveries 1 hour after quality check. They send multiple orders to deliver putting us in last as due to our location even when ordering before other deliveries. Time we change to Papa Johns!

We waited two and a half hours on our food and never received our delivery. My husband finally got dressed went to see what was going on. He told us the power had went out. No courtesy call no nothing. We would get out money back with then 3 two 5 days.

You’ve gotta be kidding me! It’s pizza delivery, not rocket science! Dishonest driver went through the raceway and still delivered this cold garbage that was bunched up at the front of the box! We’ll have a new fresh order out to you in twenty minutes, 45 now and still not here! Get your act together! Be lucky I can’t post pictures. UPDATE: calling the store back, supervisor said that if I was a man, I would drive to the store and make my complaint! Guy is a joke and so is this store! I ordered twice they canceled my order twice didn’t call didn’t give a reason then when I order again it said it was being prepped by Jacob then said it was being baked for over 45 mins then at 12:00 am when they closed they canceled it I have a huge problem with this and they wouldn’t answer their phones after me and my friend called them

My experience here was something that has become harder and harder to find since covid began. It had become my opinion that covid is used as an excuse for people’s bad behavior poor service and everything in between. But I was very pleased with my entire experience at this establishment. My family found ourselves with several hrs to kill with 8 kids ranging from 6months old to 12yrs old so we decided to grab a bite for them to eat wile we were waiting. We do not live in this area so we figured with this many kids pizza would be the one thing they could all agree on to eat so we had settled to the fact we were gonna order and let them picnic in the car due to weather situation so we were not looking forward this alone so we placed our order spoke to an actual human being who offered better deals for the size order we were making he was very helpful in so many ways. We were given a time for the order to be ready upon arriving to the location to pick the order up we learned that unlike any other dominoes I have ever visited in multiple different states they actually have a dining area so we ask if it would be OK for us to eat inside and our rather large group that took up most of their dining area was welcomed with a smile and sincere response of we would love to have you all as our dine in guest and I would like to say the entire time we were there the staff was busy taking and making back to back orders the employees showed excellent customer service with every order we witnessed them make they also seemed eager to put out a quality product in doing so all while atleast 3 different employees found a moment to speak to our family and make us feel welcomed which doesn’t seem like much to most people I’m sure but since covid has hit I have been to establishments accustomed to serving this type of crowd that you couldn’t pay for a smile or kind word out of any employee so for me this alone would bring me back but our food was great the entire place was clean and welcoming so I would recommend this place to anyone. Our family also made it a point to not add any extra work to their busy night so we tried to leave it ready for their next guest making sure it was left like we found it nice clean and tidy. Thanks you guys for having us.

we have ordered at this place numerous times, and the order is either wrong, or we are waiting over an hour for a delivery. nobody calling us to tell us that it’s going to be this long. I understand that it can be busy and hectic, but the right thing to do is to inform the customers. also, it’s really hard to reach somebody on the phone.
