Ordered 3 pizzas they were horrible. Took them back tried to argue about remaking them. Finally did and it was worse than before. Asked for refund and they refused. Gave a million excuses why the pizzas were like that. Never had a prob anywhere else. Not editable at all in my book. Dried out , burned and just disgusting looking

I’m really sad to make this review. The food and service at this location used to be phenomenal… but not anymore. For the second time, I received a pizza that was obviously undercooked just on visual inspection- then when we tried to serve it, it was raw and doughy in the middle. There is never an answer when trying to call this store, only the automated system, then holding forever until it just hangs up on you. If you try to make a complaint through the app, it just offers you a free pizza, or a percentage off the next order. I don’t want a “next time.” I’m done.I don’t have any more chances to give. After working 12-14 hours a day at my own job, I have no desire to go to the location and tell them how to do theirs. I shouldn’t have to settle for 20 percent off next time when I paid over $60 for good food THIS TIME. This review is a goodbye as a customer and given as a last resort, in hopes that the next person receives something better.

I seriously waited 2 hours for this. I tried calling to cancel but no one would answer so i had to drive there. It was to be cooked well done. Dough was still mushy. Oh, and it was not cut. They should have closed the store instead of continuing to take orders that could not be completed properly. Prayers to the delivery driver that was involved in a wreck. I only leave 3 stars for the employees that were being completely drowned in orders.

Wouldn’t not recommend this place I got my food over an hour after it was finished baking. Stayed in quality check for almost an hour. Andrew delivers and I ask why am I getting cold food. Answer was we are super busy! He was very rude. No offer of money back, nothing. This driver is dropping all my stuff on the ground and only response is this is just the way it is. Needless to say I will never order here again I would rather drive all the way to Leeds to get food and microwave it. This place is sorry!

The guy (Black Hair) making my food went in his back pocket to get his cell phone more than once scrolling and to play music on his phone. The cashier (Tall Guy) while taking an order touched his nose then went & made pizzas, & wiped his fingers on his back pockets. The guy making the bread answered the business phone & typed on the cash register. Never Seen them wash their hand. Another (older man) came from the rest room to kitchen started working not washing his hands. None of them wore gloves, or hair nets‼️ Pray over your food before eating ‼️Pizza had so much sauce added felt soggy like a Sams Club Pizza ewww

We eat here all the time and tonight my husband went to pick up our online order bc they don’t deliver and when he got home my thin crust was awful the middle was good but it looked sloppy and could not even eat all of it it has no toppings on any of the edges and it is paper thin not like normal and the 3 hand tossed were the same barely had crust and just bad quality! I have tried to call 5 times NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE DANG PHONE I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD EACH TIME FOR OVER 10 minutes and nothing this is beyond ridiculous I am highly disappointed we eat there all the time and I was sumpl Trying to let them know but the fact that I know they are ignoring the phone infuriates me

Worst service ever. Call in order at 2:30. They sent the wrong order. I called them and they said they would resend. At 5:45 I called and set on hold until I drove down to the store. They were dancing around like a bunch of clowns while the phone was ringing and I was still on hold. After calling them out I finally got my food after having to do 1/2 their job. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. Never using them again.
