Matthew delivered my pizza and was kind and apologetic for the long wait time. I enjoyed his kind nature. 5 stars just for Matthew alone!

Very prompt, food is always good, my one gripe with this place is the parking. I guess it’s not a big deal if you’re delivering the pizza but since I live less than a mile away I like to do curbside pickup and it sucks getting in and out of that place. Other than that, great for a Dominos.

My pizza was ready in the estimated time of the “pizza tracker”. The pizza was exactly as expected as the quality and temperature. It was good and fresh.

It was like so tots %100 a life saver for us lazy moms for a weekend dinner. Domino’s in Leeds would be better if my favorite workers were still there though, David, Kendall and Kirky.

Unless you order online, which means giving a pizza shop your email, address, phone and credit card you will not get pizza. Walked in Sunday night to order and neither person came up to counter. I would have ordered $25 worth of food but I don’t need to have such personal and financial relationship with a pizza place. Couldn’t call to order, no one answered and the mailbox was full. Your business will not get my business or many others this way. So after trying 2 ways to order pizza, no go. Never again. If I can’t call an order I won’t bother

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Tracker said order was ready at 611, got the at 622 to be informed my order was not ready. Did find out that two of the 4 were sitting there and also once I got home found that I had someone else’s order, so half of my pder was sent to someone else so they had to remake mine. The girl at the counter acted like it was a task to help me or anyone else that walked in. Once I finally got the pizzas and returned home, well Walmart deli pizza is better than this. Two of the 4 were burnt, the cheese bread was burnt on the outside and not done on the inside. Each pizza barely had any sauce at all on them, you could not see it or taste it. Just a very bad experience all over. I usually love Dominoes but this is ridiculous.

The first time I ordered from this location was through the app, I paid for extra toppings and got the bare minimum on the pizza. I called several times trying to get ahold of someone to see if maybe they could do something to fix the situation. Couldnt get anyone on the phone. Finally I complained through the app and a day or so later a manager called me. She added a free large pizza and a brownie to my account to remedy it. Today I called to place to place an order for those items. They had me on hold for 20 minutes, finally I just hung up and went up to the dominos. When I arrived I told the guy I was on hold for 20 minutes and wasn’t able to place my order and he excused the fact that I was on hold because they were “busy” they were in fact not busy. Probably just put me on hold and forgot about me. It’s like those phones are just there for decoration.

Ordered from Domino’s in Leeds today. A pepperoni thin crust, a hand tossed Meatzza add bacon, a spinach and feta stuffed bread and Buffalo chicken bites. The pepperoni and chicken were right, the bread was missing the spinach and the Meatzza was missing the meat (except the bacon). I called a few hours after it arrived because we were playing in the pool and had company. I asked they refund the items that were wrong and was told since it was delivered over 3 hours ago they couldn’t, they could just remake it. We spent almost $80. Beware, their pizza isn’t worth $80, their customer service wasn’t worth the tip we left. Here is a picture of the Meatzza.

I eat at this location often as it is less than a mile from my home. I am aware that extreme weather causes delays and I am okay with that. After waiting two hours on a delivery I decided to pick it up myself. Still no problem with that. My problem came when the new”GM” asked me if I wanted to leave the delivery fee and tip on my order otherwise she would have to void my whole $75 order and ring it up again. After letting her know that all she had to do was refund the delivery fee and 10 tip back to my card and it was okay if she did not know how to do it, she became enraged. Thankfully a man came in from a delivery, I am assuming another manager and let her know she could refund it the next day. She still had an attitude, jammed a piece of paper in my hand to write down my phone number and walked away leaving me unattended and still without my order which had been ready for over an hour. I eventually received my food, from her, very rudely. I understand that working in fast food during a storm poses issues but I also understand being reasonable when you may not know how to do something and just admitting to that. Expressing that I could not speak to anyone if I called back the next day because ” SHE WAS THE NEW GM” was a clear indication that a title does indeed go to some people’s head. Leaders lead by example and she failed on this day. Food was overcooked and cold. 4 pizzas, brownies, lava cakes and parmesian bites.
