Everytime I call at night they never answer. Ive had many problems with this place in the past about them not answering and messing up my orders. Or delivering an order and sitting it on the ground and not telling me that they had brought my food to the place where I work and sat it on the ground. All I got out of that situation was half off my order and it remade. They are worthless when it comes to deliveries for people at work. Calling tonight reminded me why I aint tried to call them for pizza in a few months.

We have ordered many times since we moved to Hanceville. Never had a problem. Tonight we order our usual with drinks. Didn’t bring the drinks. Ok. Whatever. Things happen. Driver said he will bring them am back. Ok great since we paid for them. Never saw him again. Probably won’t order there again. If you say you’re going to do something DO IT and don’t charge for a service you don’t provide.

Ordered pizza from them for delivery and it said it wouldn’t be an hour before delivery but then it went up and it was over two hours before we got our pizza tried calling them several times but they don’t know how to answer the phone so we drove up there and went in and they said they just left with our pizza and I live down the road from them. Not ordering from them ever again

This place is absolutely terrible we done a mobile order on the app and it said the pizza was delivered and we never seen but we seen the driver drive by and turn around and went passed it again and we never got a phone call saying they can’t find the house and when we try call up there no one will pick up and we called like 6 times and they still will not pick up so we drove up there and get the pizza and on we there it said are order was canceled and we live like 8 minutes from there so we got the pizza it was still warm and every we drove all the way home and we got home we open the box and there was pieces of pizza missing and I try to call them and they will still not answer the phone and this place was not busy at all and they still want answers the phone and I have talked to other people about and they say they have the same problem too

Love this place. Order food online. Leave my house and by the time I get there, it’s ready (about 12 minutes). Got the 9.99 large hand tossed up to 7 toppings and feta cheese and spinach stuffed bread (every time). Both were delicious as usual, BUT this time the person cutting the pizza had a little fun with it. On of the pieces was rectangular shaped and went halfway through the pizza. 2 very small regular shaped slice and 2 super tiny slices (like for Ken and Barbie). This is NOT how it usually is. Normally the pizza is cut in triangles. It was still good and I will continue to visit this location. Delicious food!!!

This was always our go to place when I lived in Alabama… Blountsville to be specific. Came back to visit my mother and, of course, got our favorite pizza… XL pepperoni to go. Very disappointing… why was my pizza crust as thin as paper? And why was the taste so bland? I’ll be back again next year… June! I want a good ole Domino’s pizza when I get back.

I order for delivery frequently. So far, I’ve only had one incorrect order and they offered a coupon. While I wasn’t thrilled with the pizza we got, I was okay with the effort to make things right. Thank you Hanceville Domino’s Pizza!

They will not answer the phone. Every time I’ve gone in they had plenty of people there. They were ignoring the phones. Paid a little more for better pizza and great service at Reyes.

I attempted to call 3 times to let them know they gave me the wrong pizza but they refused to answer. It was between 1030 and 11 I called again and again. The delivery driver also saw me run out to stop him but pretended to look the other way and sped off.
