We ordered a pizza online. The app said in prep for more than 20 minutes. I thought maybe it might be a mistake. I drove to aroubd to the windows and gave them the name on the order. The guy looked at me and said it wasn’t in the oven. That’s all, no 10 minutes, etc., just awkward silence. I asked how long it would be to which he responded I don’t know what to tell you. I drove around and parked while many other cars circled around, probably getting the same story. This is exactly why businesses in Columbiana fail.

I live about 10 miles from the Domino’s in Columbiana,AL, and every time I’ve ordered it was ready when I got there, until today. The pizza tracker still showed baking when I got there so I waited about 10 minutes and then it said complete. Drove around to the window, and had to wait again until someone finally came to the window. Then they acted like they didn’t know what was going on, and then told me the order was messed up and they were redoing it. After waiting again I finally got my pizzas,or so I thought. When I got home and opened them they were both totally wrong.

For a cheap pizza, Domino’s is my go to place. The kids that helped us were kind and the food was fresh. We decided to try the stuffed crust pizza, it’s a $4 up charge, I usually like stuffed crust, but I’m honestly not a fan of it here. I was thinking it would be comparable to the stuffed cheese bread they have. I will go back to the regular crust and just spend 2.99 more to have the stuffed cheese bread if I’m in the mood for that.

I come here very often. The staff is always super nice. Very helpful. They have a drive-thru pickup window that you don’t have to get out of your car which I use a wheelchair so it’s a lot easier on me. It is usually not busy and even when it is super fast usually within a minute or two. they make it seem like I’m actually welcome and they enjoy helping without making it seem as I am a inconvenience. Even times there are mistakes heres a example there was one time that my pizza was semi cold basically from the driver delivering they are always very professional about it and help they remade that pizza and gave me a order of marble cookies! A lot of times I bring my dog and they are always super excited to see her and her dark purple nail polish they always give her a little thing with a couple of treats I didn’t even know was available. I absolutely love this dominos would recommend!! 11/10
