Tonight we ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to be delivered. We expected a longer wait time since it’s Saturday during football season. However, it was made quickly, then sat out of the oven on “quality check” status almost that entire time. When we got it, it was ice cold. We ordered extra cheese and there was barely any. We have had issues with this store for a while now, but have continued to give them chances because they used to be so good. For the past few months, every time I order a cheese with extra cheese pizza, it hardly has any cheese. One time, there were 3 slices with NO cheese. The first few times I thought maybe it was a fluke, but this place has been consistently horrible for the past few months. The only positive thing I can say is the delivery drivers are always very nice.

Food was good and quick, too. The order wasn’t exactly right. Pizza could’ve used a little more cheese, but maybe that’s just how Domino’s does it (it had been years since I had their pizza). The wife and one daughter got pasta dishes. While I had a sandwich (which was surprisingly good), my other daughter had a plain cheese pizza (which, to me, seemed a little dry, and the cheese was really thin). The garlic twists were good, but I had ordered a cheese and sauce dip that was supposed to come with some twists. What we got was lots of twists and no dip. This wouldn’t have really mattered so much, except I had ordered more garlic knots for every to share with the dip (which was supposed to only come with two) but we ended up with a ton of bread. I told Domino’s about it, but they didn’t offer anything like a refund or a replacement, which was surprising, but nonetheless, all the food we had was good and the girl at the counter was very nice. The app is very convenient and easy to use.

I ordered through the app. I live within a 3 mile radius of the store. After the pizza came out of the oven it took 20 minutes before I called the store asking when to expect it. The manager told me their delivery person would be back at the store shortly, but that it would take still 20 minutes to get my food.
