called two times back to back to place an order around 945-955pm on a Saturday nite. both times was put on hold for the next available employee for nearly 10 minutes each time, never getting to place my order. I would love to have tried the food to be able to may r give it a better rating but never got the chance. took my money and my business to little Caesars across the street which had what I wanted hot and ready and at a reasonable $7 price. no being put on hold for long periods just to put an order in, no long waits for your pizza. very disappointed.

Place my order online and waited patiently. The order came out wrong. I sent it back. all they did was add the missing toppings on top of an already cooked pizza that I sent back. I asked to speak with a manger after i talked to a team member only for the manager to be standing next to the team member. I asked him why the pizza wasnt corrected the second time he responded I was in the bathroom a really long time so I dont know what happened. I explained the the pizza was wrong and he was unbothered. So i asked for my money back but he had no interest in fixing the issue

Waited over 25 minutes for my pizza, mobile order. Came in to get my food and the staff was cussing and talking CRAZY to customers. I’ve never walked into an establishment and heard an employee use the F word so freely and loudly. Will not be back.

This location is a little light on their toppings at this location vs other Domino’s locations.
I have ordered multiple pizzas at this location and pizzas at several other Domino’s locations. I am not saying that the pizzas at this location are bad, they are just much lighter on the extra toppings (extra sauce is always lighter at this location as well as the topping.)

Please check the consistency of the pizzas at your location vs others. Your location is the only one that seems to be light.

The food was as expected, the service was good. I would have liked them to be slightly quicker, but I understand if they are busy. The new stuffed crust was better than little Caesars but not as good as Pizza Hut. I would say it was comparable to Pappa John’s.

they don’t understand that certain places have people with dementia but since they banned us I won’t drop a dime there I will drive to Hoover before I order here again. Manager was nasty when I explained situation and refuse to ask the owner to contact so we can sort issues out I would have come paid bill for mistake of my resident, but because you set the standard we can not order here anymore we I will never order here again. All you have to do is look at address and call and verify if it’s a resident or staff member but when owner can talk and not rude manager we will see about settling the bill or coming to an agreement. I’ll never use mine or companies funds to buy here again.
