Arab location used to be the best in town. But over the last year it has failed miserably. My last 5 online “Carry Out” orders were not as specified and paid for in advance online. When I call now to make sure they read my request on the order they read and repeat what wanted, but even then it’s always something missed amd I’m told each time even in carry out that it will be an hour because they are short staffed.
Tonight was a delivery amd I had a 25.00 coupon. Pizza was 14.99. They not only said they had to use the whole coupon and then advised the pizza after tax was 23.89
I ask why, they then said it was the delivery fee of 5.49 and the tax. I said oh OK I understand. Then after being on hold for 8 min she came back and said i had to pay tje 5.49 because the coupon didn’t cover that. Great so I have a credit left seeing that the pizza was 14.99? NOPE amd she couldn’t explain why. Then the pizza got to my home 1 hour and 12 min later, and to make matters worse the pizza was completely cold.. Whomever is running that store now should be RE-Trained of replaced.

I’ve never gotten bad pizza from here, but this place needs help. I can’t ever get them to answer the phone…EVER. pulled up in the drive through and waited and waited before anyone ever came to the window. Then I got told to pull around to wait. The people inside seem so miserable and unhappy. Not much customer service skills there.

Every order I’ve gotten from this place has been very good: pizzas, tots, salads, sammies, pasta dishes, bread items, dips….everything! I have never been disappointed with a meal from this location and the delivery folks (both to my home and carside) are super friendly and professional. Whatever y’all are doing, keep it up!

Not only do they charge extra to change the sauce on your pizza (at least when ordering) from the app, on the date of posting this we waited for over 10 minutes in the pickup window and no one came over to even acknowledge we were there. I do understand that maybe the place is understaffed so I don’t want to be too hard on them, but I’m still a little miffed.

Carryout. Pizzas were cold. Two of the pizzas didn’t have everything on them. No excuse because they had over 2 hours to make the pizzas. When I told the person on the phone when I would need for some one to pick up. They were like that’s not going to work due to people coming in for Pizza before Church. I understand that but if you give them plenty of time and you order a cheese lovers and pepperoni lovers with extra sauce then they shouldn’t be dry and the pepperoni extravagant they call it should be that. Supposed to be two layers of pepperoni but I got just large pepperoni and dried cheese pizza.

As a former Domino’s GM this store breaks my heart. The food is not made properly. Nobody is in proper uniform hair not pulled back or secure. My pan pizza was dry and horrible had to get it remade, pan pizzas should not have a crust. Employees are not properly train. Decided to give them another try and again they disappointed me. Dominos has a standard and this location can’t even maintain it on a very low basic level when it can be so much better. There is no way you can tell me this is acceptable and if Ops came in they would have gotten a 1 star at best. I honestly do not recommend until someone can fix the issues.

Called to place an order only to get hung up on after the first ring so I ordered online and sent my husband to pick it up and he said upon arrival the gentleman taking money for the orders had an apron on COVERED in dough! He said it seemed like he was maybe the only one working because he was the only face he seen! Why are we not getting people from other stores to cover if Arab is not staffed correctly? All the stress should not be on one person! I’m giving 5 stars all the way around simply because you have a hard worker who is doing his best to keep people as happy as humanly possible!

They never answer there phone, and our pizza is always luke warm. Domino’s should just shut the arab store down, and we need to bring pizza hut back!
